if you truly 'hear us', then stop punishing PC players. We’re part of the same cross-play pool in FC 26, yet we’re locked out of the shared FUT market. Why? The PC player base may be smaller, but that’s no excuse for isolating us in a broken economy where prices are inflated, cards are extinct, and trading is unfair. If cheating is your concern—fix your anti-cheat. Don’t punish legitimate players for your own system’s weaknesses. Every year, you say you’re listening. But every year, PC players are treated like second-class users. We want equal access to the FUT economy. The same market. The same experience. Just like console players. Cross-play without a shared market makes no sense. Either go all-in or stop pretending. We paid the same price for the game. Cannot Access Ultimate Team – Title Update Error (Steam) Hello EA Support, I’m experiencing an issue with EA Sports FC 25 (Steam version) where I cannot access Ultimate Team. Every time I try to enter Ultimate Team, I get the following error: “A Title Update for EA Sports FC 25 is available and required to enter Ultimate Team. To get the latest Title Update, you can re-launch the game and accept the TU download when prompted.” Here are the details of my situation: I purchased the game on Steam. I have already: Verified the game files via Steam (Steam found and fixed 3 files, but the issue remains). Cleared the EA App cache via Help → App Recovery → Clear Cache. Repaired the game from the EA App. Restarted my PC multiple times. Confirmed I am on the latest game version (v7817522). Clubs mode works fine, but I am completely blocked from entering Ultimate Team, including on the FUT Companion App. There is no option to update the game in either Steam or EA App. It seems like there’s a backend sync issue between my Steam and EA accounts. I would appreciate it if you could manually refresh my account status or help resolve this error so I can access Ultimate Team. I received a permanent ban for allegedly selling coins. I rarely use the transfer market and hardly ever sell cards, but yesterday I decided to sell two. I did not make any transactions that would violate the Terms of Service. On the day I was banned, I sold two cards: Vieira 97 for 239,000 coins (market average is around 270,000 – I sold it slightly cheaper so it would sell faster; it's not my fault that cards don’t sell well on PC), and Olise 97 for around 230,000 coins (in line with the current market price). All transactions were made within the allowed price ranges and on a single account. I did not transfer coins, I did not buy them from third parties, nor did I engage in any illegal activity. How is it possible that this was considered coin selling? I hope someone from support sees this, because talking to a bot and reading generic responses saying I broke the rules is far from pleasant. I’ve been playing for over 10 years, and for the past few years with EA Play Pro – always fairly, never had a ban or warning – and now I get permanently banned for selling two cards at normal prices, while regularly paying for your game? This honestly seems like a matter for a consumer rights advocate... I was banned from accessing any use of ea servers because I was apparently transferring coins? I've appealed 2 and even told ea contact team that I made 1.8 million by packing tradable fut birthday dinho and toty Pele which are still in my transfer list and was even told after appealing the second time they should surely look into the matter especially considering I explained how I got my coins everything I've used them on up until getting them and still had 1.2 million before getting banned. Anyone know how I can get this settled? Hi EA Support. My game EA SPORTS FC 25 on Steam keeps crashing when I enter a match in Career Mode. I removed all mods and did a full reinstall, but now EA AntiCheat Installer won’t launch and shows a side-by-side configuration error. I already installed all Visual C++ redistributables, ran sfc /scannow, cleaned registry, tried -dx11, and reinstalled both EA App and the game. Still broken. Hello EA Support Team, I'm writing here out of frustration and disappointment after exhausting all official appeal options regarding my banned FC 25 account (EA ID: PRIMEspidey1). My account has been permanently suspended for allegedly being involved in coin distribution. I have sent multiple appeals and all I’ve received are automatic responses with no specific evidence, no timestamps, no details – just a blanket accusation. In your last E-Mail i got sent that i wont get any more answers to my cases. This is such unfair. I want to make it very clear: I have NEVER bought or sold coins. I play the game fairly, and I’m passionate about trading within the FUT market – but always within the rules. I was trading WEURO cards and gambling on the teams i bought to win the game. I made some profit (500k) but also lost many coins because SWEDEN lost the game. Thats why i sold all Sweden cards very cheap. Maybe a Bot thought i sold my coins, what i didnt. If I’ve made any mistake, it’s without any bad intention or knowledge of wrongdoing. I’m willing to adjust my gameplay if needed, but I’ve been given no real chance to defend myself. I find it extremely unfair to permanently ban a player without providing actual proof of wrongdoing. I’m not asking for special treatment – just for someone to actually review my case and explain clearly what I supposedly did wrong, when, and why it violates the Terms of Service. Also in the Terms of Rules is said that a Player wont get banned for such a small thing. I have spent both time and money in this game and community. I believe that at least a human review is warranted before making such a harsh decision permanent. Also its Futties time which is the best time of the year and i am not even being able to do any SBCs or open some Packs.
