Naboo raid - changing difficulty selection between resets
Naboo raid I select my intended difficulty, choose my team and enter the battle. I chew my fingernails off for hours as the droids continuously assist / counter / get free turns etc. blah blah blah None of that is new, what my problem is - is that because the RNG is ridonkulous I find myself quitting & restarting often. Unfortunately the system doesn't like this - and will set my next match to default to a difficulty level far different to the one I'd previously entered with. Please fix this - the dopamine hit of a difficulty 5 randomly turning into a difficulty 1, only to realise the system changed the difficulty level and that's why it's all of a sudden not an RNG fest, is depressing. Thanks!
UFU vs Rey in GAC 5v5 always freeze and timeout
Good day, My game has again froze up when I use my UFU vs Rey in GAC. In particular when my Malicos attacks or counters (w/retribution) my game freezes/locks up and times out. This has happend a couple times in last few months. CG: Please do NOT add another layer in this game. Datacrons(layer) have created more lag than previous game did when mods(layer) were added. If you add another layer for profiting off of this game it probably will lock for more "end game" players. My interest in GAC is no more. I lose from lag locks most of the time. Which are out of my control.
Issue on PC client with mouse moving in store?
Today I wasted 5,999 crystals on a Marrok pack that I would never waste crystals on (both because it's inefficient and I don't know enough about the character to know how quickly I want to farm shards). When I went to the store to pick up the free pack my mouse went from the top left corner to the 5,999 crystal pack in the bottom right. . . and of course there's not a pop-up window confirming that before they're spent. This is not the first time my mouse on the PC client has done this and it's very confusing that it only happens in the store, at least that's the only time I've noticed. This is the first time it's cost me crystals, though. Bummer. I haven't spent those shards upgrading Marrok, if I can get those refunded I'd much prefer the 5,999 crystals EVEN IF I HAD PULLED A 330 shard pack! Here's to holding out hope, EA_Gunner EA_Hyper don't know who to tag.
Accidental purchase of Boss Nass surge pack
While purchasing Bronziums on the PC client, I must have somehow clicked on the Boss Nass surge pack and spent 6.5k crystals which I was saving for Marrok. I already have Boss Nass at 7 stars and did not need the surge pack. If it was just the 1300 crystal pack, I'd just eat the loss. But since it was one of these really expensive packs, I'm hoping someone can help me out. Is it possible to get a refund of the crystals? I submitted a ticket through EA's help system but it's sitting in limbo.
