Error Message When Trying to Buy the $29.99 Pack for Depa Billaba
I have been trying to purchase the $29.99 shard pack for Depa Billaba on the webstore but I keep getting an error message every time I click purchase. The pack disappears from the store and then re-appears about 15 minutes later, only for the same error to occur when trying to make the purchase. The transaction was never completed. I haven't yet been charged & I have not received the contents of the pack. Only the error message. I would like to purchase this shard pack but am not sure what else I can do. I was not recording, so I don't have a video to attach, but I was attacking an Ahsoka team in TW with Leia (Leia/Drogan/R2/Raddus/jyn vs Ahsoka/Ezra/Hera/Huyang/Fulcrum), and my Raddus got targeted first. I was able to revive him with Jyn's special, and she was not able to be defeated at this point. Later, though, Raddus was defeated shortly before Jyn and I was able to revive both using the ultimate from Leia. Jyn would then be defeated with Raddus at full health. I assume it's some sort of interaction with them both being revived at the same time, as the unique on Raddus does not mention a limit, just that Jyn can't be defeated while he is active. Hi, For the past week I've had a login error using the PC Client. It's started successfully twice, in approximately 50 attempts which suggests that communication with your servers and any DNS pointers have worked at some point. The other 48 times it has presented a connection error, with the usual can't find the server nonsense. I find this odd given I'm logged into the EA App successfully nearly all of the time. Can you do something about this please, daily PC client rewards are being lost, a TW Battle was lost, and It's really not been helpful during the current GAC. Hi Technical, I don't believe this is a connection issue but the store on the PC app just crashes constantly whenever I try to click on either the Bronzium data card or the Special Mystery chest. I basically have to restart the application every time. Is there as viable solution. I'm not sure why but the SWGOH game on the EA Platform doesn't even give me an option to uninstall. Well, as the title states, I made the huge mistake to buy the 2 Scorch bundles from the webstore on the 20th of May, one for $30 and the second one for $75. All good and dandy, on the 22nd of May money got retrieved from my account, as expected. Then again on the 23rd of May, I have been charged $105 for the 2 packs, and to top it off in good style, on the 24th I have been charged again for both packs, same amounts. Ok, I can understand that technical issues can happen, but how can you justify the response on the support chat on which I was just told "I want to inform you that the issue has been resolved and the team is working on making the necessary changes for affected players" ? How is it fixed as I haven't received my money back ? Oh, you want to say "don't worry, keep spending as we won't charge you 3 times now, until we break it again when we will just enjoy stating that we fixed the issue once again" ? Why just close the chat and not provide a timeline of when the extra charges will be refunded, even though I specifically asked for it ? Or is the answer as clear as day, there will never be a timeline, thank you for your extra money ? What are the changes that you are talking about ? If you would have planned to refund, you could have stated a clear answer and provide a timeline, even if you provided like a month for processing it. But no, you just closed the chat without anything meaningful provided. Great support provided, thanks for nothing. So once again, I am posting here, when will I be refunded ? Prior to the last update the PC client always ran well and seemed to use very little system resources. I could leave the game open all day on my desktop without issues. After the last update the swgoh client now uses about 30-40% CPU and GPU resources. Causing the system fans to constantly run adding noise and heat to the room as well as impacting the performance of other applications I use on the PC. I’ve been having a major bug the last few days where all of my mods disappeared after connecting my SWGOH IOS account to EA and just discovered that every time I restart the game any mods I have equipped disappear. They aren’t unequipped or sold, they just vanish. I’ve talked to two others on the forums so far experiencing this but have yet to hear from CG. An EA help rep simply said there was no record of mods being sold and they could do nothing about it.
