Authentication Failed on TIB 68
07/06/2026 - Yesterday I was not able able to access my two other accounts and had to go through the authentication process where EA sends me a code. All went well, however, when I went to log onto my main account on TIB 68, it had me go through the authentication process and failed. I have tried for two days and still can't get into my account: mailto:[edit: email address removed] on TIB 68. I keep getting the same mail error message when it tries to Verify my Identity which is: Cannot Get Mail - The connection to the server failed. - Server code "AUTHENTICATION FAILED", server message "AUTHENTICATE Invalid credentials". NOTE: The account I am writing this with is not the problem account. See above email address. JamesCamps, etc not opening to view.
Hi all Bit of a strange one that I've never seen before, and neither have my friends in game. Yesterday (9/4/26) I tried opening an infected camp to hit it, but it wouldn't open on Tib 68. I could view it on cnctaopt, but couldn't open it in game. I found I couldn't open any camp, outpost or base, including my own. When my friends used my sub they could open everything OK, and when I used their sub on my PC I could open theirs. This morning I opened my account on world 49, and everything worked fine, but I still have exactly the same problem on world 68 ..... nothing opening. I can't attack anything. Any help would be much appreciated PV
sattelite code challenge glitch
trying to complete all the in game challenges and i seem to have hit a glitch I just captured a satellite code and I am in the forgotten base level 54-56 area. the challenge i am on says... " intel located a satellite impact area around forgotten base level 35 or higher. the satellite wreckages contain codes to deactivate the impenetrable fortress shield in the center. reach this area to obtain a satellite code. what more do I have to do? can someone from EA PLEASE look into this so i can continue on?
