Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?

Hello , Ea play membership is expired on my account long time ago maybe 2 months ago , and just now it take from my card a new subscription, even my card are not in the payment and wallet of my account, I already delete it !!! How could they take money while the card isn’t there and also I didn’t subscribe!! Please I need refund and I don’t want the subscription
Unable to download some games on linked Teen Play Pro account
Recently purchased a Play Pro subsciption for son so we could play together. He is unable to download/add to library some games with message "This game is unavailable - You're not eligible this play this game." Affected games - BF6, F1 25, Skate (which is free) Other games are downloading and playable without issue. FC 26 works fine. Other Battlefield, F1 and Star Wars titles work fine. So it's not some Australian age requirement setting (He's 17yrs old). His account is linked through Family Managment to my account. Even gave his account unlimited spend and he still can't download. It's not his PC because I can log into the EA App as myself and download the games without issue. He managed to get BF6 Redsec (F2P) working via his Epic account but can't access the full game or download on EA App even though he has a Play Pro account. Please help. Today I purchased Game Pass Ultimate for the first time. First, I logged into the EA app using my Xbox account, where I purchased the Game Pass, and started downloading FC 25. When the game downloaded, I tried to launch it, but it kept getting stuck preparing to launch. Then I realized my Xbox region was set to the wrong one. I changed it in Windows settings, restarted my computer, and deleted the downloaded game. Then I went to the Xbox app and tried to install the game from there, but I encountered the error mentioned in the title of this post. How can I finally play EA games included in EA Play?
