[PC] Performance progressively degrades after each match
Since the recent updates, I have been experiencing a severe performance issue on PC where the game's performance progressively degrades after playing multiple matches without restarting FC 26. The pattern is very consistent: First match: usually good or mostly playable. Second match: noticeably more stuttering/heaviness. Third match: often very bad and sometimes practically unplayable. Closing FC 26 and reopening it appears to reset the problem, and the cycle starts again. The problem is not simply low average FPS. In many cases, the FPS counter remains high, but player movement starts looking almost like stop-motion. Animations become irregular, controls can feel slightly delayed or disconnected from what is being displayed, and occasionally players appear to make small jumps in position. I have also experienced more severe episodes where the game becomes extremely slow for a short period and then appears to catch up. The issue is considerably more noticeable online, particularly in Champions, but I have also observed abnormal animations and stuttering when playing against the AI. FC 26 build: 24292427 (July 22) System: CPU: Intel Core i9-12900H GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU RAM: 64 GB DDR5 OS: Windows 11 Platform: Steam Troubleshooting performed: Completely reinstalled FC 26 - no improvement. Tested different graphics settings, from Low/Medium to Ultra. Tested different FPS limits. Hardware cooling system cleaned and thermal paste replaced. Monitored CPU/GPU temperatures, clocks, power and utilization with HWiNFO. No progressive hardware performance degradation was found that corresponds to how dramatically gameplay deteriorates between matches. The computer previously ran FC 26 normally with high/Ultra graphics settings. I initially suspected overheating and performed hardware maintenance because of it. However, after logging three consecutive matches with HWiNFO, the hardware metrics remained relatively consistent while the perceived gameplay quality deteriorated dramatically from match to match. Reinstalling the game did not fix it. After reinstalling, my first match was extremely smooth, but the second became significantly worse and the third was worse again. This appears similar to previously reported stuttering issues, but I am creating a new report because the previous thread is marked as solved after an earlier update. The issue described here is occurring on build 24292427 from July 22. Is anyone else currently experiencing this specific progressive degradation, where each consecutive match gets worse until FC 26 is restarted?12Views0likes0CommentsAn evaluation that’s far removed from general perception.
[Player Career][TU 1.6.5] I think the assessment of her performance at this point is far too high. Her AVG in every tournament has been below 7.0. Given that, isn’t it an overstatement to treat her as a top performer? Besides, she hasn’t participated in every match on the schedule. At this point, she has only appeared in 6 out of 11 matches in Liga F Moeve.5Views0likes0CommentsFC 26 crashes after EA Anti-Cheat launches
Hello EA Support, I'm experiencing an issue with FC 26 on PC. When I launch the game, EA Anti-Cheat starts loading normally. After it finishes loading, the game opens to a black screen for about 2 seconds, then it closes automatically and returns to the EA App without showing any error message. I have already tried many troubleshooting steps, including: Reinstalling Windows (I'm currently using Windows 11). Updating Windows completely. Updating all GPU drivers and other drivers. Reinstalling EA App. Reinstalling EA Anti-Cheat. Verifying the game files. Running the game and EA App as Administrator. The issue still happens every time. Also, FC 24 has the exact same problem, while other games work perfectly on my PC (GTA V, Fortnite, Rocket League, CS2, A Way Out, and many others). This makes me think the problem is related to EA Anti-Cheat or EA games rather than my hardware. My PC specifications: Lenovo ThinkPad P51 NVIDIA Quadro M1200 GPU Windows 11 (fully updated) Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue or provide a solution? Thank you.105Views0likes8CommentsI CANT PLAY ULTIMATE TEAM
When I launch the game and try to access Ultimate Team, I get a message saying: "It is not possible to connect to Ultimate Team at this time. You will now be returned to the main menu." I have tried disconnecting the internet, deleting and redownloading the game, and switching internet connections, but nothing has changed. What is the solution?20Views0likes1CommentFactory Reset of PC game still not launching
I've performed a factory reset of Windows, installed FC 26 on a clean SSD, installed the latest NVIDIA driver, and the game still crashes at the same point. Other EA games (Skate) launch normally. I have FC26.exe crash dumps showing an access violation. Can this be escalated to the FC PC team as a reproducible startup crash?4Views0likes0CommentsFC 26 Random 1–2 Second Stutters/Hitches Since Recent Update (No FPS Drop)
I'm experiencing random 1–2 second stutters/hitches in FC 26 that started after a recent update. The game runs at high FPS and GPU/CPU usage looks normal, but every so often the game briefly freezes for around 1 second and then continues normally. It's not network lag and it happens at random times during gameplay in Ultimate team online mode/Squad battle EA_Vendcera My PC: Intel i5-14600KF RTX 5060 Ti DDR5 RAM Game installed on NVMe SSDSolved140Views2likes9CommentsThe camera doesn’t rotate properly when the camera angle changes.
[Player Career][TU 1.6.5] In the latest TU, when the camera angle changes—for example, by swiping—while dribbling, the camera behavior becomes unstable, making it impossible to control the game properly. Didn’t you test this before releasing the TU?29Views0likes6CommentsFC26 mid-match freeze followed by EA Javelin ExitType 95
FC26 repeatedly freezes or rubber-bands for approximately 5–10 seconds during online matches. During the freeze, game audio stutters and Discord briefly stops transmitting and receiving audio. The game occasionally recovers, but after one or more occurrences it eventually closes directly to the desktop. There is no black screen, display-driver reset, system restart, or complete network disconnect. The EA App remains running after the game closes. I played approximately 400 hours without this issue. The first matching EA Javelin event appeared on May 14, 2026, shortly after the May 12 FC26 update that modified FC26.exe and several rendering-related files. The crashes consistently produce: EA Javelin Anticheat Event ID: 1000 fc26.exe exited unexpectedly ExitType: 95 (267) Exit code: 0x186AA Followed by: Service Control Manager / EAAntiCheatService Event ID: 7023 Error: 0xFFFF005F EA AntiCheat’s filesystem filter then unloads shortly afterward. In other sessions, it occurs during the first or second match after launching the game. The problem appears limited to FC26 while EA Javelin AntiCheat is active. The machine remains stable before and after the game exits, and the same hardware does not exhibit comparable failures in other games. I have also found reports from other FC26 users describing the same 5–10-second freeze or rubber-band behavior followed by ExitType 95, including users with substantially different CPUs, GPUs, and system configurations. Please investigate this as an FC26 or EA Javelin AntiCheat failure rather than treating it as a general hardware-stability issue. The consistent ExitType 95 and EAAntiCheatService error pattern appears to be the primary common factor.85Views0likes8Comments
