Matching Moments, could not restore data.
The Matching Moments game will not load, and never has for me. Could not restore data. It works for others but not my account, on the same PC. At least 6 times on different Quinn's Aquarium levels, usually levels I have played no less than 5 times trying to complete, when I finally do complete it, I receive an error message that says "Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving it again?". This error message will repeatedly pop up until it says the progress cannot be saved and I have to start over or exit. Most recently, this happened in the last hour on part 3 level 57. This is on a Windows 10 v. 22h2 desktop using Microsoft edge, where most of the time every game works fine. I have cleared my cache, restarted my computer and refreshed the pogo pages before trying to play again with the same end result.Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45
A while ago when there was a sale, I bought episodes in a number of cases including 44 and 45. When I try to access them now in two browsers, Firefox and Edge, I get an error message "Uh-oh! We had problems loading your episode. Please refresh your browser" with a 'refresh' tab. This has happened over several days. Case 43 and 46 are fine as have been all those up to these two. For the last 2 weeks I am not able to get past Level 41, when I want to play the level 3-53, where you need to score 35000 and cover 1 target level. No matter what I try to do all the clubs, spades, hearts and diamonds will not go away. I match them up with a club card let's say, all will disappear accept for 6 of them and they flash. even if I play another club card next to the flashing ones, they don't disappear. It doesn't matter whether it's a club or spade or whatever they don't disappear so I can get to the target one. It's getting very frustrating because I like this game. Thank you for any advice with this game. I feel it's a bug or technical issue.Matching Moments Level 805
Has anyone been able to get past level 805 in Matching Moments or is something wrong with this level that prevents anyone from getting past it? I am stuck on this level, even when I use any of the boosters, it seems like they don't work as well in this level as the other levels. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks
