Garnishing a meal does not change the appearance of the dish
Garnishing a dish doesn't change its appearance. Previously, when this option was used, dishes looked different, with added or changed visual elements. They were garnished. Now, there's no difference between a regular meal and a garnished one. Baked Chicken and Baked Alaska. On the left garnished dish, one the right ungarnished. There is no difference. There is option to garnish ‘Udekoruj’, I’m using it, option disappears but dish stays the same.
Legacy Family Trees: Tree collapses/Overlaps/ Wrong connections (1.121.372)
Even after today's update I'm still having issues with my family tree. It shows a mysterious half sibling (top red box) that seems to be the parent of one of my children (bottom red box). He is actually the son of my two married sims. My male sim also sees him as his nephew, which doesn't make sense at all. When I click on my son the tree looks like this: Yes, I do play with mods. "Incorrect connection occurs when there are 10 or more wives and 30 or more descendants. Tree Collapse occurs when there are 50 or more descendants." This issue occurred before the family tree update. The new family tree freezes (app unresponsive), possibly because it has more than 100 descendants. The family tree before the update displays without freezing (app unresponsive), but the tree collapses. Possible cause: The field displaying the family tree is not properly expanded. [GRO] No relationship milestones for other playable Sims
Hello, after the last update (update 19. 2. 2026) during the wedding, the milestone: wedding is not created, and it always happens to one of the couple. I don't use mods or cc. I would like to know if this is happening to anyone else or is it just my problem?
Off the grid all the time
On any save file, any terrain, and any world, the off-the-grid terrain challenge activates on its own constantly, and approximately every 2 to 5 minutes. I constantly have to go into the build mod, enable it (because even if the terrain is marked as off-grid, the terrain challenge doesn't actually appear), go into live mode, go back into the build mod, and disable it. It's very annoying to play like this, and I haven't seen anyone else experiencing this bug!
[EBN] LE when opening Notebook after researching Aura Blossom
Hello. I've been having the following issue after the big patch in the runup to the new pack (Royalty and Legacy) being released. Whenever I want to research a plant - in a new save file - I get an MC-LE (or LE if i play without MCCC) telling me that my notebook is broken. I was able to recover a save from before my sim studied the plants and my sim's notebook was still function. But since the patch, I've been encountering the bug. I get a LE and cant look at the Gardening pages of the notebook. By going back to an earlier save, I was able to determine that the bug occurred after researching the Aura Blossom plant from Enchanted by Nature. I had researched the other two EBN plants before the patch. After the patch, the gardening page is either empty or opens to the last page I looked at. I have tested without Mods/CC I have repaired the game I have cleared the Cache (all of them) and the Cache from the EA side I haven't yet tested whether I get the error in my fresh save (I was using the save to see if the bug was from researching plants in general) if I research the plants in that save. But as long as I don't research the Aura Blossom, everything is fine and I can use the notebook and research other plants without issue. My workaround for now is keeping those plants in pots so my sims can't research them. When starting a new game with update 1.117.227.1030 (PC) and visiting the worlds of Chestnut Ridge and Brindleton Bay, all households with pets or horses will lose their animals — only Sims will remain. Mayor Whiskers and Captain Whitaker will also disappear. On the Manage Households screen, images of the missing animals will remain for a while. However, if you go to Chestnut Ridge or Brindleton Bay and hover over their house, the animals will disappear. However, if you load a family with animals from the gallery, save the game, and then reload it, the animals will remain in the household. I tested this with the Life is Golden family their dog Lulu remained in place. Beforehand, I deleted the Sims 4 folder from Documents, repaired the game through the EA app, and started a new game.
