The game crashes right at the opening intro
Today, out of nowhere, the game won’t launch. Without any error message, it crashes right at the opening intro. Yesterday everything worked without any issues. According to available information, many players are experiencing this problem. The Windows Event Viewer shows the following error: EAAntiCheatService The game wrc.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005 It looks like some kind of issue with the anti-cheat. Please fix it. Several tournaments are underway and time is running. Thank you.

Hello, I know development is over and now that the cat is out of the bag and everyone has done venting, I'd like to point out that a large amount of people are still struggling to run this game smoothly. You are done adding more to this game, now it is time to get what we have running adequately. I understand there are a lot of factors going into how this game is going to perform under various configurations. Since this game asks more from the PC than what most games do, more issues are bound to turn up simply because of the heavier work load. I'm going to post a few fixes gathered by the community along my engine.ini config. I'd sure like the game to be able to generate engine.ini configs dynamically depending on the graphics preset that is chosen, with more optimizations specifically for AMD and nVidia GPU, seperated by tiers like baseline(8G VRAM), medium (10-12GB VRAM), maximum (16gb+ VRAM) my engine.ini (please pick apart any useless settings or discuss how it could be improved) My fixes/help guide : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3464974427 The game looks SOO much better with DLAA mode instead of DLSS it should be the default for PCs that allow it. EA Javelin anticheat, unfixable by EA Support
Hello all, I have been chatting with EA Support about a month and their conclusion of this error is that I should ask the community for a fix (funny doesn't it ?) In short, after every repair, reinstall there is no sign of this Javelin error to go away. Not in particulate WRC but every EA game that uses Javelin can't start is, even manually I can't start it from Windows Sevices (see attachment below). I got this error after swapping an nvidia card with an AMD one, I did a DDU before installing the new card, so in my view I did everything to work. Every other anticheat service works only this ""very"" good one called JAvelin can't even start it self. I am on the latest WIN11 version 24H2 no beta versions. Any ideas for a fix ? Thank in advance
Xbox Series Consoles Screen Tearing and FPS Problems
Hello I've been playing wrc 24 lately and I'm enjoying a lot but on my series x there is visible screen tearing and game doesn't feel as solid 60 fps especially in crowd ares. Could you please fix screen tearing issue? I already tried VRR off but still there is some screen tearing on gameplay.
End of stage FPS (solved)
Hey just a quick update but after weeks of trying to figure out why this game lost FPS and GPU util at the end of every stage at certain points and also some of the new stages ran really low fps. I uninstalled the AMD adrenaline software and just used drivers only Revision Number Adrenalin 25.3.2 (Optional) then during install pick drivers only I have then used MSI afterburner to adjust fan speeds and overclocking etc, my game now seems to run perfectly smooth and doesn't loose any FPS drops near end of stages maybe this game doesn't like the AMD software who knows Specs: Ryzen 5 5700x PBO pc -15 all core +150mhz RX 7800 XT 16gb hellhound Team Group Xtreem "8Pack Edition" 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 OC 3600mhz 14-14-14-14-21 Give this a try if your having issues with any AMD GPUs might work similar with Nvidia
Flicking rear spoiler texture and right mirror in Toyota Yaris
When using an external camera or when playing a replay, at some point the left mirror and spoiler start flickering in Toyota Yaris Rally1 . I've noticed this in some other vehicle, but I don't remember which one. Is it the shadow graphic settings? I've tried to set all settings to ultra, but the problem sometimes disappears and then reappears on the highest graphic settings and on any other.
