Player career mode
In recent years, it feels like Player Career Mode has been getting less and less attention — but unfortunately, this year it has reached a new low. There are almost no changes compared to last year, and even worse, the number of bugs and gameplay issues has increased dramatically. The AI level is extremely poor, and there’s a complete lack of realism or progression. Player development feels repetitive, boring, and unrealistic, with no real sense of achievement or improvement. Some of the major problems include: Being unable to request a transfer or loan during the season. Numerous highlight bugs (e.g., being thrown into offside positions, unrealistic highlight moments, or actions that make no sense). The ball often goes to the wrong side or moves too fast for any control. The AI behavior (both teammates and opponents) feels broken and not football-like at all. It’s simply unacceptable that a game costing over $100 offers no meaningful updates or innovations, and focuses almost entirely on Ultimate Team, while neglecting Player Career and Manager Career modes. I truly hope EA takes this feedback seriously, acknowledges these issues, and provides answers or plans for future improvements. I’d also like to know if other players are experiencing the same problems.28Views1like2CommentsPc player

EA should bring back transfer and loan requests to Player Career Mode. This feature was a cornerstone of realism and immersion because it gave players real control over their careers, just like in real football. In real life, players ask for transfers when they are unhappy, ambitious, or looking for a new challenge, and that drama made Career Mode exciting. Without it, the mode feels static and lifeless, with no control over your future, no suspense about who might come calling, and no emotional story to your journey. Career Mode should be about telling your story as a footballer, not just playing endless matches with no real progression. Bringing back transfer requests would restore realism, depth, and meaning to every decision and performance, making Player Career Mode feel alive again. Also, transfer requests being tweaked to 'Target clubs' is just an unnecessary waste of time and money. There was no valid reason for it to be changed and time could've been spent on more productive things (more realistic/enhanced training sessions, new cutscenes for trophy celebrations, maybe a feature where you can message your manager or something of that sort). So plainly, just please.. please.. bring this feature back.9Views0likes0CommentsPartner Club Disappointment: Where Are Beşiktaş Features? No Comms!
I am writing as a deeply frustrated Beşiktaş fan and a customer. Despite the severe economic difficulties in my country, I purchased EA FC 26 specifically because of the promised partnership with Beşiktaş. After waiting an entire year since the partnership was announced, we find NO authentic features: no goal music, no unique chants, and no walkout anthem. What is more insulting is the complete lack of communication. Not only are the features missing, but EA has not provided a single statement, timeline, or acknowledgment regarding when these core Beşiktaş elements will be added. Is this how EA treats its loyal, paying customers and the fans of a partner club? We deserve the full, authentic experience we were promised, or at the very least, an official update on when it will be delivered. Please respect your partnership and your customers. Give us the Beşiktaş atmosphere we paid for!7Views2likes0CommentsMissing Nike Phantom Elite GX And current Adidas boots in EA FC 26
Hello EA FC team, I’ve noticed that the Nike Phantom Elite GX boots, which were available in EA FC 25, are missing from EA FC 26. Many other boot models from previous titles are still included, so I’m wondering why this specific model was removed. The Nike Phantom Elite GX is still widely used by many professional players, and as someone who enjoys recreating real-life authenticity in the game, it feels incomplete without this model. I believe it wouldn’t be too difficult to reintroduce it in a future update. In addition, please consider adding other current and highly popular boots such as the Adidas Predator Elite Laceless and Adidas F50 Elite Laceless, which are currently being used frequently across world football by many top players. Thank you for your attention and for continuously improving the game experience. Best regards, Emircan.4Views0likes0CommentsBug Report / Feedback
Dear EA! I have encountered a few issues with FC 26: 1. When creating a new player or editing an existing one, changing the sock height setting (normal, low, or high) does not have any visible effect — it always stays at the normal height. 2. In my game, height and weight are not displayed in cm/kg (this was already the case in FC 25), even though I live in Central Europe, and the game should ideally take that into account. 3. In Manager Career mode, when trying to create a custom character, it’s not possible to adjust the height and weight of the avatar at all (this has been an issue for several years now). I play on PlayStation 4. Best regards, Tamás Mátyás13Views0likes0CommentsEssential for 2025: Making Cross-Platform Progression a Reality
Hello EA Community and Development Team, First, I want to say I'm a fan of the new FC franchise and I'm looking forward to what EA SPORTS FC 26 will bring to the virtual pitch. I'm writing to highlight a feature that feels increasingly essential in today’s gaming landscape: full cross-platform progression. Many of us play on more than one device. For example, I own both a PC and an Xbox. It's a significant pain point to have our progress, especially in commitment-heavy modes like Ultimate Team and Clubs, completely siloed. The time, effort, and money invested feel lost when switching from the desk to the couch. In 2025, for a premier AAA title from a leading publisher like EA, cross-progression is no longer a luxury feature; it’s becoming a standard expectation. It allows players to enjoy the game they paid for (twice), wherever they are, without friction. Even if technical or licensing reasons prevent real-time cross-progression, please consider at least allowing a single, one-time club transfer when players switch platforms. This would help those who buy a new console or PC and don’t want to lose everything they’ve built in the game. It’s a compromise that could make a huge difference for many dedicated players.7Views0likes0CommentsFIX PLAYER CAREER MODE
I know not many people play this mode, but as someone who does, I am pretty disappointed with it. Firstly, gameplay wise the AI is terrible. Passes are not good enough, and player IQ is just in the gutter. Both the AIs on each team are great going forward, and a lot of matches tend to be really dry. Make the AI more threatening attacking-wise, with better offensive awareness. Also, the archetype system does not suit this mode. For Clubs, sure, it makes sense. But for this mode, the restrictions just make no sense to be part of an offline mode. For example, if I want to be a 6'3" midfielder, I need to be the recycler archetype. What if I wanna be a maestro but also be 6'3"? It is really limiting, and in an offline game mode, it makes ZERO sense to limit players as if it were clubs. Also, not being able to change height or position or weight after starting is poor as well. Why are we given fewer features than in previous games? Also, the personality system is not great. The last few years it took so long to get a playstyle plus. Now it'll be nearly impossible because training sessions do not give personality points. I was hoping a feature would be added where players could choose whatever playstyle they wanted; they just needed a specific overall. This is much better because players actually get to choose from the pool of playstyles which suit them most. Go back to the skill tree and seriously tweak or remove the personality system. Player progression is so slow this year, too. Even when I selected to have a head start on points, I still did not crack 80 by the end of the first season. I have not been called up to the national team despite having crazy GA and winning trophies as well. Makes no sense again. This year player career feels so much like clubs in terms of gameplay and also with all the features and extra stuff. It's probably not going to be fixed, but I am disappointed with how it has rolled out this year.433Views2likes2CommentsAdding The Iraqi and Turkish National Teams would help ea sports
If Ea sports adds Iraq and Turkish national teams a large amount of the 80 million Turkish people would purchase the game and a huge amount from the 60 million Iraqi people would purchase this game and this addition would make us enjoy playing with our favourite national teams but not just that it will make more copies purchased of the gamePlayer Face Update Request: Anis Hadj Moussa (Feyenoord / Algeria).
Hello EA FC Team, Please update the in-game face of Anis Hadj Moussa (Feyenoord / Algeria). The current generic face looks nothing like him in real life — he has a distinct look (hairstyle, skin tone, facial shape, beard). Since Feyenoord is a fully licensed club, we hope he can be included in the next face-scan update. Thank you for keeping the game realistic!
