Passing has degenerated

I am not the only person to have pointed this out, but the game is worse than it has ever been at passing to where your stick is pointing. You just have to accept 2-3 passes to the wrong person a game in order to not just quit playing.

This is on top of the TERRIBLE through ball functions in the game. Through balls are to people, but also to space. Your mechanic is only to people. Through balls in this game will often play the recipient into a defender instead of into space. It seems impossible that anyone play tested this mechanic and said "oh this is good", but it clearly needs a lot more work in terms of the basics of how nearly all team sports work.
