About the player's preferred foot
When I play the FIFA series, I often feel something is wrong with the preferred foot of the players. For example, Brahim Diaz and Rayan Cherki. Although Brahim Diaz is left-footed, he is right-footed in the game and uses his right foot when dribbling, which is different from reality. As for Rajan Cherki, despite being right-footed he is listed as left-footed in the game, which also differs from reality. However, when it comes to Cherki, in real life he often dribbles with his left foot, so being left-footed in the game makes it more realistic, so I personally don't mind it. First of all, I would like you to fix Brahim Diaz preferred foot. Hello, I am experiencing a severe issue with the "Ultimate Team 25 Finale" objective group. I have fully completed all requirements, and my menu correctly shows 20/20 completed objectives, including the "Score 10" milestone which now says 10/10. However, out of the total 30,000 XP that this group was supposed to reward, my account only received 15,500 XP. There are exactly 14,500 XP missing from my Season Pass progression. Before completing it, there was a visual bug where higher tiers (Score 20, 30, 40) were tracking properly, but "Score 10" temporarily stayed at 0/10. Even though everything is finished and fully claimed now, the server locked me out of the remaining XP. Please look into this tracking bug, as many players are missing their well-earned season progression due to this. Thank you!One season, wonderful!
I know there’s already another thread of this but it got no response from ea help team. This achievement has been glitched for a while. You hit your daily sp cap and that’s it you can’t claim anymore because there’s only 30,000 available. Once you claim an objective over your cap the sp disappears and you can never get it back. I’m worried that theres not gonna be another season with FC 27 coming out so I can’t complete it. Not only that but you can’t even delete an ultimate team profile to reset it and try again from scratch! There’s no way to complete this at all without knowing about the cap beforehand which I didn’t. Also if I got this on series x/s version then I wouldn’t even be able to complete it on the Xbox one profile because they’re linked and, again, you can’t delete an ultimate team. please we really need a response because once this season is over it could mean it’s never obtainable and it could be a simple fix of more challenges or another season.Subject: Duplicate Player Bug

Currently, when transferring players from teams ending with "XI" or from National Teams, the player is duplicated instead of being moved correctly. Example: - If I transfer Reece James from Chelsea to Free Agents or another club, he remains in Chelsea while also appearing in the new destination team. - As a result, the same player exists in two teams at the same time. This issue appears to affect players associated with XI teams and National Teams. It makes roster editing and transfers inaccurate because players become duplicated after being moved. Please investigate and fix this issue so that players can be transferred correctly from all teams, including XI teams and National Teams, without creating duplicate players.Account hacked
Hello EA Support, I’m contacting you because I believe my EA account on PS5 was compromised. The last time I logged in, around five days ago, everything on my account was normal and my full squad was intact. When I logged in today, I discovered that my entire active squad had disappeared. The players are no longer in my club and only concept versions remain in my squad. I invested a significant amount of money and time into building this team. I did not discard any of these players, transfer them, or use them in any SBCs. As far as I can tell, someone gained unauthorized access to my account and removed the players without my knowledge Since discovering this, I have changed my password and enabled Two-Factor Authentication to secure the account. I would appreciate it if you could investigate any login activity on my account over the past five days and check for any unauthorized access. Hello,so i started this evolution with Dumfries and it's stuck on 83 overall,every since then all the evolutions dissapeard it says "There are no available Evolutions" and when i go to my evolutions there is empty aswell Dumfries card is stuck with the green background but it doesn't show the evo icon please do smth about this
"One season, wonderful!" unobtainable!
This achievement is unobtainable or at least heavily bugged and missable! Since September, if you play the game normally and complete the quests, you will always reach a dead end and there will be no new quests to compensate for this. If you don't adhere to precisely timed, completely absurd slowdown mechanics that no one can know about, sooner or later you will get stuck. From that moment on, the achievement is 100 % unobtainable! There are several posts about this on here and on reddit for example. Why is EA not taking any action? This problem/bug has existed since September 2025 and has not been fixed! Even writing multiple tickets didn't change anything for me. In the support chat, they just keep saying, "We are aware of the issue and it will be fixed!" But when? EA should be aware that we are paying customers and that this problem would be so easy to solve! Just add a handful of new quests for SP and everything would be fine. Why is the problem being ignored? EA should also be aware that there are people who care about the 100 % achievements and platinum trophies. People who started later and use EA Play (i.e., paying customers again) who are now locked out for good! Just because they might have leveled up too quickly once and 20 quests were exactly enough, and it was calculated so extremely tightly! The whole thing is getting ridiculous! Such an extremely long final season with the same problem. Just help us! There is no reason not to! There's no reason to ignore this bug! There is no reason to leave us alone with this. I’m playing rivals and in the game I get a red card from Eusebio ( 93 rated icon ) and I didn’t see it so idk if it was a fair red card and after the opponent is literally tackling me recklessly and they get a warning. then after that near the 70th minute I get a red card from normal card Ruben Dias and I just barged him but apparently it was really hard. Got a ref card from him but then he tackles me again recklessly and he still gets warnings? He got like 2 yellow cards for obviously doing smth wrong but I just think this game was really unfair and fc 25 needs to fix this issue since there may be other players also having these kind of issues. it makes no sense and needs to fixed for everyone in the fc community to have a fair and fun experience playing the game to be competitively better or not competitively better but just to have fun playing the game. and also recently I’ve been experiencing lagging and Ik it’s not my internet because even people I vs lag and even my friends I play with at the same exact time so it’s definitely not internet but is probably the game. So please fix this bug since it is very annoying PLEASEEE FIXXXX THISSS
