So I got a permanent ban on all FC games due to "rules violation". I have appealed 3 times and all were denied, the last one without a possibility to re-appeal. They do not specify what I did wrong or what triggered such action against my account. I'm sure the TOS team hasn't checked my account at all, and their automated system of detection is absolutely broken. The only communication I received was e-mails with the same generic response saying that they investigated and will not reverse the decision. I'm a legit player who, over the past year, has encountered hundreds of cheaters and filed hundreds of reports, always getting the same e-mail from EA: "We investigated and found nothing wrong, no actions were taken. But keep reporting". EVERY single weekend league I encounter 2-3 hackers, always at the same 8-0 or 9-0 ratio of wins/losses. And now I'm being treated like one, and it's really infuriating. At this point, I'm actually relieved not to be able to keep playing this game. Hello, After every single Pro Clubs match, I constantly receive the error “Could not retrieve online information”. Because of this, I can’t continue playing or reconnect properly. To make sure it’s not on my side, I have already: Factory reset my PlayStation, Configured network settings manually with custom IP, Repeatedly tested my connection. The issue persists no matter what I try. We, as players, have purchased this game, yet we can’t even play one of its core online modes properly. So I must ask: if FC25 is unplayable, why should we consider buying FC26? It feels unfair to keep pushing a new title while the current one remains broken due to unresolved server and connectivity issues. I expect an urgent fix and an official explanation. Hi EA Team, I’m playing EA Sports FC 25 on PS5. Bug description: - In a match, my player was fouled inside the box by an opponent who made a dangerous tackle (studs directly into the shin). - Despite this, the referee did not award a penalty. Steps to reproduce: 1. Opponent defender tackles with studs raised inside the penalty area. 2. My player is clearly hit on the shin. 3. Referee does not call the foul or penalty. I completed an objective on UT called ‘Spin Doctor’. The reward for this objective was a 5 star skill move and weak foot evolution. I claimed the reward and redeemed the evolution like normal. When I went into evolutions ready to evolve, the recently redeemed Evo was missing and nowhere to be seen.
