Skipping match intro making me lose connection to my opponents

When I go into a match, I like to skip the intro but for the past 2 days when ever I go to skip the intro I lose connection to my opponent and then get taken back to the squad screen this has happened in all game modes apart from rush. So I'm not getting to enter matches because of this bug.
