Stuck on driver update screen two player career mode
I’m a ps5 player and regularly play two player career mode with a friend of mine. Eversince the new patch when we enter the career mode we are presented with a driver ratings update screen that no matter the action that we do (either accept ot decline) does not go away. This has basically locked us out of our own career mode save where we have invested a hefty amount of hours, thus being quite frustrating. we have tried multiple “fixes “ such as restarting the game and checking if driver updates had applied to our own individual career saves (which they had) but still remained the same on the two player save. I understand that creating a new two player save would probably fix the issue but we both don’t want to lose the work put in thus far ! I would very much appreciate your help on this3.1KViews59likes55Comments2 player Career mode Unplayable!
We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the current state of the game, particularly Career Mode. After spending $75, we expected a functional and engaging experience—but two months post-release, things have only gotten worse. Major Issues Encountered: Unplayable Two-Player Career Mode Since the latest update, we are completely unable to load into two-player Career Mode. The driver stats screen becomes stuck with no way to proceed. This bug makes the entire mode unplayable and is unacceptable given the time since release. AI Performance Unrealism In the second season, the AI receives massive, unrealistic upgrades. This completely breaks immersion and ruins competitive balance. The jump in vehicle performance makes it feel like we are racing against a different class of cars. Starting Grid Bug On several occasions, despite qualifying P1 and P2, the game randomly places us at the back of the grid when the race starts. This completely undermines the time and effort we put into qualifying and ruins the race experience. Overall Experience: This has been incredibly disheartening. We waited months for fixes, but with every new update, new issues seem to arise while major problems persist. It feels like player feedback is not being taken seriously, and Career Mode—the heart of the game for many of us—is broken. We urge you to: Prioritize a fix for the two-player Career Mode loading issue. Rebalance AI performance progression between seasons. Investigate and fix the qualifying-to-grid bug immediately.2Views0likes0CommentsFFB/Vibrations vanish mid race on ps5 with dualsense controller
Hello, so I don't understand why i am getting this no ffb/vibrations bug randomly or what could be causing it. It's definitely not the controller as I've had this happen with 2 different dualsense controllers on PS5 pro. This has been happening frequently since the launch of early access and is getting extremely frustrating. This makes braking or getting on throttle extremely difficult. This has not happened to me in offline modes but only in online sessions regardless of it being 5 lappers or a 50%. It's weird because I can still feel off track vibrations/getting on kerbs (not as strong as normal but very lightly) but all vibrations/ffb of braking/getting on throttle just vanishes. no other devices are hooked up to the system besides just the controller turned on and once it happens only way to fix it is restarting the game. Considering league racing mainly does 50% races if this issue persists I fear I may not be able to properly partake until if/when a fix for this weird issue happens. Never had this issue in any other F1 game with controller losing vibration (F12012-2024) and have really been enjoying F1 25 but this issue has made me concerned for longer distance races.363Views20likes11CommentsF125 PS5 can’t download DLC
Hi, I purchased F1 25 for the PlayStation five on disc and I’ve just purchased the F1 25 Iconic Edition Upgrade through the PlayStation Store, but it shows on my Transaction History that the purchase went through, but it still says the price on the store so I can’t download it. I have included pic of the receipt and what it says on my store still. I have tried renewing the licenses, but we that hasn’t help. please hep Regards MarkPS5 – "Unable to Save" Error During Races in Driver Career Mode
I'm encountering a recurring issue in F1 25 on PS5, specifically in Driver Career Mode. When I try to manually save during a race, I receive an error message that says: "Unable to save. Retry or continue without saving." Choosing “Retry” does not resolve the issue, and “Continue without saving” obviously skips the save entirely. Additional context: - Autosaves work fine outside of races - The issue only happens during races in Driver Career - I’ve already deleted and restarted the career, but the problem persists with the new save - I’m running the latest version of the game - I haven’t deleted saved data from storage yet, to avoid unnecessary loss The issue does not appear in other game modes and seems isolated to this specific scenario. Is this a known bug? Are there any suggested workarounds or planned fixes? I’d be happy to provide more info or test additional steps if needed.Cost cap
Hello, Why is it that if I end a season strong, smartly managing my money, avoid reckless spending, and carry over a healthy reserve, I'm penalized for it? How does that make sense under any accounting system, real-world or simulated? If I enter the new season with, say, $85–100M in the bank, the game counts that entire amount as if it’s been spent for cost cap purposes. Which means I’ve already “used up” most of my $135M cap without spending a dollar. How is that even remotely logical? That’s not how a cost cap works in Formula 1, or in any business for that matter. In the real F1, the cost cap is based on expenditures, not cash reserves. Meaning that a team can have $500 million in the bank, and it’s completely irrelevant unless they actually spend it on regulated activities. The FIA doesn’t fine teams for having money. They fine them for how they use it. Which means EA should apply just a basic amount of accounting logic to this game. It punishes players for smart financial management. It forces you to dump cash for no reason, which isn’t intuitive or explained anywhere. And it flat-out breaks immersion when your championship-winning team is told it can’t spend what it earned without violating an artificial limit.19Views0likes0CommentsRanked play division
Just finished 2nd place on bronze division. Which means next season I will be moved up to silver division. I received mail in-game notifying me that I have moved up to silver 1 division. But when I went into ranked play. Its STILL showing up as bronze! Makes no sense. Technical issue? Is there a fix? I would like to be placed in the correct division as stated in game that I would.Unable to play Online Multiplayer GP in PS5
Hello Team, I am unable to play online multiplayer grand prix mode in PS5. I was able to play(Browse/Create new sessions) in Season1. The last time I played was in June. Now it's asking me to purchase the PlayStation Plus subscription. Has something changed? I did not purchase the subscription in Season1 and I was able to play in open lobbies pretty much everyday. I was still prompted to by PS Plus subscription when I tried accessing League Racing/Ranked Multiplayer but not the Open Multiplayer GrandPrix. Please help fix this issue. Thanks, WB
