PvZ GW2 (PC) Upgrades not unlocking
I'm following up on 2 week-after live chat session regarding with EAHelp about a bug I'm experiencing in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 (PC). I have two fully Mastered characters, those being Captain Deadbeard and Captain Squawk, and both of which are missing an upgrade, which should have been unlocked at Specialist rank. Despite both characters being fully Mastered, this upgrade still shows as a question mark for both of them, as if it was never awarded. I have already tried the following with no success: Clearing the EA App cash Repairing/verifying game files Reinstalling the game Playing full matches with both affected characters Using Stars on the Fish in the backyard to give me exp I would really appreciate it if this could be looked into and resolved. Please let me know if any further information is needed. I *would've* given photo's of my problem, but apparently I can't give them on this post.
Game resets and all progress and purchases are lost
So this has happened several times to me now. I play the game, unlock things even make purchases and then all of a sudden the game will just reset back to square 1. But this last time was the best because somehow I still had a save game from the second to last level on adventure 2. So when I loaded up the save I finished the level with my 9 seed slots and some of the special plants you can buy eg double sunflower. and then when I came out back to the main menu the shop and everything had opened back up but all my purchases and been cleared again and my zen garden is gone yet again and I've lost real life purchases of coins

the hackers now corrupt your game files and put malware on computer and delete game progress i can't do much i have been fighting this for years the new anti-cheat did not help and it actually feels like it made it worse so now i can't play gw2 unless i buy it on steam instead meaning i have to rebuy to play and they straight play as dr zomboss and bosses and kill and crash everyone ban them and also corupt the game files and after reinstalling game still won't launch and it all started after i killed a hacker its also bad in bfn but not as bad EA if you see this, please fix this it's not right leaving the game to die and be ran by hackers screenshots below! they also gave their hacks to everyone in the lobbyBlack Screen Problem Thanks to Scripters

In PVZ Heroes probably due to cards' stats / effect change it makes daily puzzles impossible and broken. I know it's just a single day to miss but you have to clear 7 times for the week which gives you extra card packet which is mostly my main reason for playing. I know pvz heroes is basically abandoned game but subtle changes can have domino effect that make the game less enjoyable than it currently is.
