Challenge Progress Has Reset
I was working towards my weekly challenges, and after completing the 35 assists with TOTW players, my progress set me back to 30. Is there a way to speak to a human a EA to get this fixed? I've been playing for hours and this really sucks. I have screenshots to prove it also.
French translation error in NHL 27
Hello, There is a French translation error in NHL 27. When a player is one win away from promotion, the game displays: “À une défaite de la promotion” It should say: “À une victoire de la promotion” The current wording means “one loss away from promotion,” which is incorrect. This issue has been present since NHL 25 and was also present in NHL 26. Thank you.
Chapter progress reset after completion - Be a Pro
I had just completed the final game of the chapter where you get moved to the 1st line in Be a Pro. I got the confirmation from coach and started playing the next game on line 1. Mid-game, I had a crash. Upon loading the game back up, I was still on the same spot in the season, but it reset my progress back to 0 for working to line 1. Essentially, I have to play 8 games again to get back to the 1st. Very annoying bug.Franchise-Mode X-Faktor One-Tee
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue in NHL 27 Franchise Mode on PlayStation 5 regarding the X-Factor unlock system. Before the season, I selected One-Tee as a seasonal X-Factor objective for one of my players. The requirement shown in-game is to score 10 Power Play Goals. The player has reached the required milestone, but the X-Factor has not been unlocked. On the player's card, the milestone is still displayed as incomplete, as if the required number of Power Play Goals has not been achieved. NHL 27 Game Crashes "Be a Pro Career"
I have seen several reports of PS and Xbox users crashes while trying to get through the Be a Pro Career mode. I bought the deluxe addition to get extra time and other things for my game playing but its unstable and wasted "pre release" time before its made available to everyone else. I am guessing no one at EA cares about giving anything for this game breaking crashes for those who have given extra money for this time access, but what is going to be done? 🤨Goalie feedback
So I’m playing hut and my goalie just decides to let in every shot that goes on net goes in. Every year I play this game it gets worse and worse u devs are not doing anything but take our money and make the game worse. EA has to be the worst developers ever. I recently created a new be a pro player. I’ve been playing every single game myself and building this player from scratch. I’ve spent way too many hours on this player. I reached april of my rookie season and I still haven’t triggered the journey begins part 2 even though I triggered it pretty early with my last player. I play on PS5. It’s not missing, it just doesn’t trigger for some reason. It’s stuck in the inactive abilities. I’ve done everything I’ve been told to do and it just fails to trigger for me. I created this new player because with my last one the save files got somehow corrupted and I lost months of game progress so I lost motivation and wanted to start over with a new one. And now this happens. I haven’t even reached the playoffs once in the pro mode because somehow I never get past april in this game because of technical issues. Lost all motivation to play this game if this isn’t fixable, considering how much of my free time i have wasted on this
