New Be A Pro is unplayable
As a big be a pro fan, this years so called "update" has been a huge dissapointment. There are multiple issues that ruin the gamemode and make it feel like grinding. 1 . The New form score system is absolutely ridicilous. It seems like the form score only bases on your point production and I have to keep it up ALL THE TIME, so I wouldn't get down in lines. One challenge asked me to keep up 85 form score in next 8 games and I literally have to score 2 points every game to make that happen. And when the 8 games are over, the coach just gives me another, exactly identical challenge. It just feels like grinding and the game isn't fun. Also it's very unrealistic to expect a rookie to score even a point per game and I would habe to score almost two per game to keep myself in the roster. 2 . We cannot use custom rosters in be a pro. So, there is only one default ea roster they use for be a pro and it's absolutely outdated and some of the players ratings are very inaccurate, so it eould be nice to use your custom roster. Also this deafult roster doesn't have many elite prospects like Gavin McKenna and because we can't use our custom rosters, NHL draft class quality is weaker. 3 . Character's overall drops significantly during offseason and I lost my X-Factor I finished my season at 86 overall and during offseason, my overall dropped to 79. Because of this I lost my tape to tape X-Factor, because I have to have atleast 93 passing and 89 offensive awareness and when these ratings dropped during offseason, I cannot use the X-Factor until I get my attributes back to that level. I also can't even use specialist or superstar version of the X-Factor during that time. 4 . Salary perks system is bad. Every month the salary perks reset and the attributes go down if you don't renew them. It would be better if your attributes would actually stay up permanently. 5 . Every time I enter the Be A Pro menu, there's a very annoying sound coming from form score meter. It is possible to tirn it off in the settings by putting SFX volume to zero, but it also affects gameplay sounds and I don't hear skates and passing sounds anymore and it's frustrating to go back to the settings after every single game. This new be a pro does have ome good additions like the new cutscenes and tunnel walkouts and even new menu music but these bad things ruin the game mode completely and destroy my motivation.No access to the salary perks or to calendar in be a pro
There is no menu option to access salary perks in be a pro. That menu randomly popped up once but not able to access it again as it’s not under any other tab in the be a pro home screen. Also, there seem to be another bug where we can no longer access the calendar in be a pro to see when are the upcoming games especially with the new energy feature that needs to be managed but only gets replenished once every week lNew Be A Pro still needs improvements
There was a new gameplay update which fixed some issues on be a pro mode (which I play alot.) But there is still some features I would like to be fixed/added. For example for me it seems impossible to grow some of my player's stats like acceleration, agility and balance is impossible to get over 90. I have used my trait points to grow these to 90 and all of them are on max level but it won't grow naturally and I can't updgrade these stats from salary perks because none of those has these. Also it's very frustrating when my player's attributes drop due a low health and I have to go to the "activities" section after almost every game to boost my health . This would be that bad if X-Factors didn't have requirements, like elite edges, agilty 89+ and when I simulate or play even one game, some of my stats have dropped below the requirement and it won't let my use the X-Factor untill I go to boost my health again. This happens almost every game and it's extremely annoying and just waste of time. Also about X-Factors why there is so few of them available for certain player styles playmaker for example. And for power forward there is a lot more of them, like quick draw is available for power forward player style, but not for playmakers, which makes no sense. Also, the feature when the coach gives you the same challenge "stay on powerplay one" yet and yet again, even though I'm 96 overall and scoring points top 5 in the league. I understand this might keep the regular season a bit more active for the player but it's still so meh to do the same challenge over and over through the season when it resets after 8 games. The character's shoot/pass bias should be adjustable by the player itself, because my character takes a lot of shots, often top 5 in the league. That would not make the character to score any more points because it just affects the goals and assists ratio. (Atleast by my thinking) Some smaller things: When I was a free agent and 90 overall, I got offered 15 million a season. Isn't that a bit too high for 90 If all of these things would be added, the Be A Pro would be almost perfect in my opinion.[VIDEO EVIDENCE] Spotlight Set Bug: Assets Failed to Load Before Expiration
I am reporting a critical "Server/Client Sync" bug that caused me to lose a Master Set Player I had earned. The Issue: In the final minutes of the Spotlight event, I had earned all required collectibles. However, the Set menu refused to recognize them. The "Cards Available" count would not update, and the "Auto-Fill" feature failed to find the assets that were clearly in my collection. Impact: Because the game failed to sync my inventory in time, the event timer expired, and I was physically prevented from redeeming the content I spent hours grinding for. I am requesting this [Assets sync/loading Bug] be investigated as it has been an ongoing issue since launch of NHL 26 which is unacceptable
BAP active purchases BROKEN (BUG won't allow you to move forward!)
Appreciate the 12/1/ 2025 update however: In BAP if you go overbudget on purchases that last more than 30 days, you can't exit the purchase screen and you can't deactivate. This means YOU CAN NO LONGER PLAY BAP. What happens is: User purchases something they CAN afford and either sets to auto or manual renew Based on budget provided, user runs out of funds for items purchased Upon playing or simming until next renewal, user is asked to deactivate items over budget If the item goes past the renewal period, the user can neither deactivate the purchase nor move past the screen In effect the user can no longer use this BAP save (unless the bug is fixed) Playstation 5, up to dateI’m not getting XP from the XP season objective rewards?
is anyone else experiencing this? when I claim an 8,000 Hut Xp reward nothing happens I’m level 6 in the XP pass yet I have completed hut moments-week 1 and I’m one objective away from completing week one objectives, you get 45 thousand xp for completing a week and I only have 30 thousand XP totalBroken Game Breakers on a Broken Game 😡👎
Hi EA, I'm frustrated and disappointed with EA Sports' NHL HUT Game Breakers collection. I completed all the objectives on your premium priced game (that is not worth half of what i paid in my opinion), but have only received three of the six collectibles despite restarting the game and re-checking my collection. This is unacceptable, especially since the event concludes in 30 minutes. I accidentally exited be a pro when I was supposed to be promoted to the 3rd line, when I reloaded the save I was still on the 4th and didn't think anything of it but now I've played through the rest of the season and starting the next one and I haven't gotten a single talk with coach, and my target form score is still set to 35 with no end date, please say there's a way I can fix this I've played nearly 60 hours on this player. I've reloaded old saves, saved and reset, nothing works. I still don't love the whole form score system but I still would like to play my favorite mode in my 100$ game.
