Change of Currency
I opened Sims 4 today for the first time in a while. I wanted to purchase the new kits and noticed that the currency has changed. Before, the currency was in English pounds via EA app and Sims 4 but now the prices are showing in dollars. I know that I can still purchase the kits but it will now charge me the price with the exchange rate and could be more expensive. Why has the currency changed. It was always in £s. How can I change it back?Game packs not showing up
I redeemed three separate digital codes for TS3 expansions and only one is showing up in my game library. I tried to redeem them again, thinking they probably didn't go through the first time, but it says the codes have already been redeemed. I've restarted the app multiple times, refreshed the pages, and still nothing. Only one of them has downloaded, and the other two are still nowhere to be found. Has anyone else had this issue? I purchased the Sims 3 using CDKeys and redeemed it in the EA app, which worked and valid, but isn't showing up in the EA app library to download. It says in EA Help that I own the game, so the code isn't the issue, its the EA app itself. It's saying on the EA app to purchase the Sims 3 for '£29.99', but on EAHelp on my games that I own the game. I've cleared cache, reinstalled EA app, but nothing has worked to fix the issue. Hi, I accidentally purchased the City Living expansion pack for The Sims 4. When I try to request a refund through the official link, it says: “You have no games that qualify for a refund”, even though it hasn’t been 24 hours since the purchase. Hi guys, I hope somebody can help as I have just spent an hour on the live chat with somebody who wasn’t acknowledging what I was saying & kept telling me to come here. I have just redeemed 4 keys for The Sims 3 expansions on EA Play. They all said ‘redeemed successfully’ and 2 of them installed fine. 2 of them however (into the future & island paradise), took me to the product pages and are showing as ‘purchase for £XX.XX’ and there is no trace of them in my purchase history. I waited the recommended half hour before seeking help & still no success. The agent in the live chat confirmed that they were redeemed using my account but was refusing to acknowledge that I don’t have access to them and we spent the last hour going around in circles. I even asked to raise a complaint several times to be told effectively ‘I am going to help you but I can’t promise that you’ll receive any contact, please check social media channels’. I’m praying somebody here can put me in the right direction to access the products that I purchased. I would be incredibly grateful for any help 🙏45Views0likes0Comments
