Problems with purchasing a subscription for PS 5
I have a problem. I can't buy an EA Play subscription on PS5. The website and the console itself are showing an error message: "An unknown error has occurred, please try again later." And the website says "something went wrong." There is enough money in my account.Summer Sale 2025 Ended Before I Could Get My Discount
Hi there I tried to purchase two expansion packs of The Sims 4 (Seasons and Eco Lifestyle) in the EA app on my computer because of the Summer Sale action. When I added these two packs to my cart, the subtotal showed was € 31,98. When I wanted to complete my order, the total switched to € 79,98 (the original price of both packs). I added screenshots to this post. I reached out to the helpdesk. Unfortunately the person there couldn't help me and suggested me to write my feedback on this forum. The Summer Sale was until the 10th of July and at this moment it's still the 10th of July (at least, where I live). The person who tried to help me said the Community Manager would answer my post here at the forum. I really looked forward to download and use these packs, so I definitely hope there's any solution to this problem... Hi, so I bought EA play on my PS five a couple of days ago and I even have the subscription confirmation receipt. I looked it up and you should be able to access your EA play on all platforms no matter what you bought it on and yes, I am on the correct account. Please don’t say no bull**bleep** like that. I’m asking for answers not excuses defending EA. I have logged on and logged off. It’s still telling me to join now. Even when I access it through my specific PlayStation link it’s working on my PS5 saying I have it.I don't like this app.
I bought ME:LE on Steam. I want to play it but I heard the EA app was buggy, ate money, and had privacy concerns. I thought to myself: "That sounds right about in line with EA." So I used the Origin workaround for a while until you guys dropped Origin. Now I can't play Mass Effect without being taxed somehow. Even though I already bought the game. I just won't then. You took away Mass Effect just like you took away the studio that made it. I miss EA from the 90's. I wish you guys cared about people and not just money. You won't get any more from me. -Disappointed gamer
Sims 4 Packs purchased not appearing in library after many hours
I purchased Cottage Living and Enchanted by Nature and it's been hours, it still doesn't appear in my library. I've tried everything, deleting cache, uninstalling and installing the whole game, etc. These are such expensive games, how can it be that we cannot access to the content after buying it?!
Missing content in my game
Hey guys i'm really confused because a few months ago I had bought these two packs during the spring sale : Cats & Dogs as well as City Living. Everything was fine at first, the packs we're working perfectly fine until I come back a few months later after taking a break to see both of them being gone... Which I found super weird because when I opened my game it said that those packs we're required even though It showed on Electronic Arts that I had installed both of them. I tried contacting the E.A support by email but they're taking way too long to answer me so if anyone could tell me why it's happening. I have pictures down below that could help you guys. As you can see i'm clearly holding a cat in my saved game, I wish I had proof that my sims was in an apartment but like I said both game mods are showing that they are installed. Please if possible to not tell me to look at the troubleshooting steps, I already did!!!
