Bridgerton Ball Collection Marketplace item bugg
I wanted to buy the entire Bridgerton Ball Collection in Marketplace so I could get the package deal and have the extra items. That didn't work. I had to buy both packs for 6,99euro each so I did. Now I paid 15 euro and didn't recieve any of the special extra items. Why didn't I get the reduced price and why didn't I get the extra items? How can this be fixed please?
Bridgerton Items Not Available for Moola?!
I didn't intend to use the marketplace, but I didn't have the opportunity to purchase the kits I didn't own yet, but wanted, before they got moved to the marketplace. So reluctantly, I bought Moola and bought the kits I wanted. I still have moola left, because of course I do. I assumed that when the Bridgerton items or future kits were released, those would be available to purchase regularly and in the marketplace for moola too, because all the other kits are now, and I'd be able to use it up then. But these are only available for cash. Are they going to be available for moola at some point? EA_Solaire
The marketplace and gallery aren't loading!
Hello, after the latest update, my store and gallery won't load at all. My internet connection is fine, so this definitely isn't the cause. The gallery takes forever to load, and eventually everything is completely blocked out, and plumbobs appear in the store!

Let me first say, I really like TwistedCat's CC. I use their CC clothing and hair in my game and love it (planning on getting the Urban Refined kit on the marketplace very soon)! But I just got the Lip Couture makers pack from them for 200 moola (about $2.50) and was pretty underwhelmed. It's 5 lipsticks and they all look amazing in the still screenshots on the marketplace; a good mix of frosted, glossy, and shiny lipsticks. But when I went to actually use them, I was really disappointed to see that there's no specular map, so they aren't actually reflective, glossy, or shiny at all on your sim. I took a screen recording comparing them to the Essential Glam Kit (by crypticsim x EA). Unfortunately, through no fault of TwistedCat (they clearly made very convincing glossy lipsticks from a certain angle), I just felt kind of lied to and taken advantage of? If this was regular/free CC, I could just try it out and say "oh, that's not for me, I'll stick with the other CC I like from this creator", but given that I HAVE to pay real money for this and it's EA-endorsed (just by virtue of it being in their marketplace and them accepting some cut of money from its purchase), I expected a higher caliber of product, quality control, and accountability. I tried to get a refund (just in moola) for it, but the person I spoke with in a chat had a difficult time understanding the issue I was dealing with, and I was unable to connect with a different agent or open up another case about it. I get that it's a new platform—and there are aspects of it I genuinely really like—but right now I'm pretty disappointed with how inconsistent some of these packs are and how truly difficult it is to try to get issues regarding it resolved with EA Help. There needs to be better QC if they're going to take people's money. Idk, has anyone else feel similarly? Maybe I'm being too harsh. I love CC creators and want to see them make money from their immense talent and hard work; I just don't think I'm convinced that this marketplace is a good way to do that yet...
EA simply removed BF6 from my account and won’t restore it
I bought Battlefield 6 on the EA App last month during a sale. I usually only buy games on Steam, but since this one required the EA App and I’d heard people were having issues with Steam Link, I thought buying it directly through EA would be better in this case. That turned out to be a mistake. When I opened the app today to install the game, it was no longer in my library, and the store was prompting me to buy it again. After three hours with EA support and trying all of their useless troubleshooting steps, I got nowhere. They were able to confirm that I purchased the game (wow), but they weren’t able to restore it to my account!? I had already accepted that we don’t truly own digital games and that everything is just a license, but this is something else. I believe people call it a scam: I paid for the license and got nothing. They won’t keep the case open to try to fix the issue, and I can’t even request a chargeback because I used an EA Wallet gift card. Lesson learned. Just wanted to share that EA scammed another loser today.
Proplems with paying on the EA App
If i want to pay with Paypal, the window for Paypal opens and i log in but then it doesn´t load properly. And if i want to pay per card they don´t accept it. Everywhere else i can pay with my Visa card put not with EA. I originally wanted to purchase Snowy escape and when it didn´t worked on the App i wanted to purchase it over the website but it isn´t on there apparently. What do i do now?
