Can't Purchase Several Game Packs//still on-going
----------------- Aug 19th 2025 edited ------ For Sims4 Players who share the similar issues: the current situation is that for now there's "no way" for players from some regions to buy some of the packs of The Sims4 in any platform, as long as you're from the influenced regions. (the related region information could be found in below from the reply of EA Community Manager, as I quote in here: Hi all, The Sims 4 and the DLC is not available in some regions of the world due to regional standards, I believe this includes China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Egypt. Aug 18th, 2025 ----------------- the original post ------------ As shown in my pics attached, I can't purchase the game pack "Growing Together"(in my wishlist) or "Businesses & Hobbies". The page of the pack display says "Not Available for Purchase / This game is no longer offered in our catalog, but there are tons more games to find. Just head to the browse page and start exploring." But the thing is, if I add "Growing Together" into a bundle and purchase other 2 packs in the meantime, the paying page will proceed. I'm a Mac user and I'm sure my EA app is updated for the recentest version. So, all I want to know is that is this a technical problem? (If so, how can I fix it?) Or is it just a promotion strategy that I can't purchase the above 2 packs only by themselves? (as all I can purchase solely on the app are those packs on sale)? I've seen lot of gamers talking about this situation on EA app for these 2 days. Since the sale is ending, I wanna know the answer, for obvious reasons. Hello, I updated my payment method for my EA Play Pro membership, but EA tried to charge a removed or invalid card. This caused an error and I am being unfairly affected. This is not my fault. I kindly ask for my EA Play Pro membership to be reinstated at the previous price and for this issue to be reviewed by someone who can resolve it. Thank you.
Game removed from account
Hello all, Immortals of Avenum has been removed from my account, (Suspected fraudulent activity) I have followed the link in the explanation, but it still hasn't cleared it up (Clearing Cache). I have had the game for quite a while and don't have any more information to give. I have emailed the help address but nothing has come back, it has been since the first BF6 Beta, when I emailed EA 22/08/2025. I know this is an old game but it is annoying. Thank you in advance, G
Newest Kits not Available - Lebanon
When I tried to purchase the two new kits, the option wasn’t available—the app displayed a pop-up saying “This game is no longer offered in our catalogue.” I know this can sometimes happen due to regional restrictions in certain Middle Eastern countries, but it has never been the case in Lebanon. As far as I’m aware, there’s no ban in Lebanon. I already own all the other packs (including the recently bought Enchanted by Nature), none of which have ever given me this issue. These two new kits also don’t contain anything “controversial,” so that shouldn’t be the cause either. Do you know when this issue will be addressed? I bought Enchanted by Nature through the EA app on the 6th August, but have not received the Fairy Garden Digital Content bonus items. I have restarted my laptop and the EA app, and repaired the game but the Digital Content does not show up, and does not appear in the 'Manage add-ons' list. I've linked my EA games app with Epic Games. If I unlink the accounts I can't re-link them until Feb of next year! I clicked to install my new game and it opens EA app to download it. Cool. The EA app doesn't say it's linked to Epic Games but my EA account on web browser DOES say I'm connected. I try to launch Madden in EA app and it says I don't own it? Completely useless! i have bought cottage living, cats and dogs, green house and horse ranch but now when i try to start sims it says i need to buy cotage living but when i go in the EA app it says it is downloaded and that i have bought it and in steam it also says i have to buy it but i don't really know what to do
