I brought the bundle via Amazon this morning because I had Gift cards. Now that I have put the code into the app how do I play the game on my Xbox past the trial? My account is linked to Xbox as well and EA says I own The game. When I enter the Market and click on any content there the pages look completely broken. The art assets are all over the place, there are no buttons other than the < to close the window and the bottom text just says wwwwwwwwwwww. Kinda fascinated you got it out looking like this. Does EA not have the money to hire a few testers? I'm on PC, I do use mods but I've already checked, the issue persists if I delete the mode folder. Restarting and repairing the game didn't help.EA app payment error
Hello, I’m having a payment issue with EA App on macOS. Until recently I always bought The Sims 4 packs through EA App using Apple Pay or my bank card without any problems. Now EA App can no longer complete the payment. Here is what happens: – Apple Pay verifies the payment, my bank approves it, and only after the verification EA App shows the error “Try another payment method”. – The same error appears when I enter my card details manually. – I also tried a different card, including a foreign card, and the result is identical. – My bank confirmed that everything is fine on their side. This means the issue happens after the bank approval, during EA App’s own transaction processing. It is not caused by my bank or my cards. currently both me and my mother are trying to buy multiple packs off of the EA app for the sims 4 for the current sale, however every time we do it says we are offline and doesn't let us buy anything. we have tried restarting the app, our computers, using hotspots, clearing the cache, deleting and redownloading the app, basically everything, and nothing has worked, if anyone has any advice or has any input it would be appreciated, even if it's that you are having no problems, that will help narrow down what the problem may be.Solved"You must purchase Sims 4" error in Marketplace
For the four most recent free maker packs, it's saying I must purchase The Sims 4 first. This doesn't make sense for two reasons: Sims 4 is free, and if I'm able to get into the marketplace to begin with, I clearly have the game. I'm pretty sure this is a bug, but then again, who knows? Is anyone else having this issue, or is it just me? Purchased the game from EA website as indicated to be only available via de EA app installed on MAC machine. When going to the library area to download the game, there is a statement on the bottom with the message "Available on Windows". Is that false advertising then? Hi there I saw the expansion packs 'Businesses & Hobbies' of The Sims 4 was on sale for € 17,99 in my wishlist in the EA app on my computer because of the Summer Sale action. When I add this one to my cart, the total showed was suddenly € 19,99. I added screenshots to this post. I reached out to the helpdesk. They asked me to restart the app and clear the cache. I did, but unfortunately that didn't help. They suggested to write my feedback on this forum and they said the Community Manager would answer my post here at the forum. Since February I have been unable to pay for items in store. ”We're unable to process your order at this time due to an issue with your provided payment method. Please use a different payment method to complete your order, or try again later”. I have contacted EA multiple times with this, however each time there’s no resolution. obviously I have tried all other payment options, banks, cards etc. Anyone else have this problem?
