My kits are not appearing in the game (marketplace).
Hello, I recently purchased several kits from the game's marketplace using virtual currency. The kits downloaded without any issues, so I restarted the game. When I got to the menu, I saw the presentation of some of the purchased kits, but not all of them. The others are not in my game. I contacted support, but they couldn't provide a solution. I checked if the kits were activated on the marketplace. I tried deactivating and reactivating them. I cleared the EA app cache. I logged out and back in. I deleted and disabled my mods. I cleared the cache files. I uninstalled EA and the game before reinstalling them, but without success. Has this happened to anyone else?TF2 product key disappear from game properties and game runs on trial mode
Hi, folks! I need technical support. I can't play Titanfall 2. I own the game since 2017 but last weekend it started to behave like If doesn't own it. When I try to play it shows "trial" and the message "Purchase Titanfall 2". I realize the product key is missing from game properties. All other games have their own product keys there, even Apex Legends. I tried to fully remove and reinstall both game and EA App, clean all the Titanfall 2 related keys on Regedit, but no success. I believe its an account issue.SolvedBring Medal of Honor: Airborne to EA Play and PS5
Bring Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play EA, please consider bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PlayStation 5 and adding it to EA Play. Medal of Honor: Airborne remains one of the most unique and innovative first-person shooters EA has ever published. Unlike traditional WWII shooters, Airborne gave players the freedom to parachute into missions and choose their own landing zones, creating different approaches to every objective and making each playthrough feel unique. Even today, very few games offer the same level of freedom and replayability. For many fans, Airborne wasn’t just another Medal of Honor game—it was one of the franchise’s defining entries. Its atmosphere, soundtrack, weapon progression system, and memorable missions made it stand out from its competitors and helped cement the Medal of Honor series as one of gaming’s most respected military shooter franchises. Unfortunately, many players can no longer experience the game because it remains tied to older hardware. A whole generation of gamers has never had the opportunity to play this classic title, while longtime fans have no easy way to revisit it on modern consoles. Bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 would preserve an important part of EA’s gaming history while introducing the game to a new audience. Whether through backward compatibility, a digital re-release, a remaster, or inclusion in EA Play, any effort to make Airborne accessible again would be greatly appreciated by the community. Adding the game to EA Play would also strengthen the service’s catalog of classic EA titles. The Medal of Honor franchise played a major role in shaping the military shooter genre, and Airborne deserves to be preserved alongside EA’s other iconic games. There is a passionate community of fans who still talk about Airborne nearly two decades after its release. The continued interest in classic shooters shows that there is a market for preserving and celebrating great games from previous generations. If you support bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play, please leave a comment, share your memories of the game, and vote in the poll below. The more support this discussion receives, the better chance EA will recognize the demand for bringing back this beloved classic. Thank you for considering this request. #BringBackMOHAirborne #MedalOfHonorAirborne #EAPlay #PS55 Would you like to see Medal of Honor: Airborne come to PS5 and EA Play? I've been working with the support to try and resolve this, but they directed me to the forums. I can't launch my Red Alert 3 from my library. I bought the game back when it came out on CD-Rom and added it on Origin as was required. After the update to the EA-app (and I think the launch of the C&C remastered collection). The game no longer is able to download as I get an error messages stating: Which is silly as I'm looking at the CD-Rom lying in front of me. The game doesn't have its own gamehub and the only option under the three dots is to download it, which gives this error. Having down the usual gamut of uninstalling, repairing, cache clearing, restarting etc. The service team couldn't help me further and directed me to post over here. Is there anyone who can help me out?391Views3likes11CommentsWe've canceled the download because you don't own this game.
Trying to install Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 w/ Uprising from the Ultimate collection, i got this message, "You don't have access - We've canceled the download because you don't own this game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game." According to EA support, This purchase is too old to help with???? I made the purchase back in 2012. I did EVERYTHING EA asked me about clearing the cache or running the app as admin or even reinstalling the app....I went one step farther and reformatted my computer and I still get that **bleep** error. EA has asked me to be patient while they figure this out. I have the app in my library so that's not the issue. Any support or help would be awesome. So I purchased Bust the Dust from the marketplace using moola. It says it's downloaded and active in my game, but only the items are showing up. Neither aspiration shows up in game or in CAS, and as those were the part of the pack I was most excited to use I'm a little upset. Things I've tired to fix this: Repairing the game through the EA app Restarting the game multiple times Creating a new sim in a new save Deselecting the kit, saving, and then reselecting the kit I'm on a Mac. And I've already requested help from EA only for the advisor to be incredibly unhelpful. Do I need to repurchase this through traditional channels? Is there some kind of fix I'm missing for when only half a kit has appeared?I want to transfer my games to my backup account
So because EA used to sell its games only in Origin, I had to buy them there (Battlefield, NFS, Crysis, Dead Space series). But when they returned to Steam, I bought them again in Steam. So my question is: can EA transfer my selected games from my main EA account to my backup account, so I could finally link my Steam account to EA's so my games from Steam won't dissolve in EA App account?37Views0likes1CommentGames missing from my EA library
I had Crysis 2 standard edition, which I bought on a physical disc. Then I bought Crysis 2 Maximum edition in EA Store years ago. So I had 2 separate copies in my library: one from retail, one from digital store. Almost the same story with the NFS Most Wanted 2012 (here I first bought digital standard edition, then bought retail Limited Edition). Also I had Star Wars The Old Republic in my library in which I spent hundreds of hours and dollars. I also had Battlefield 2 Complete Edition, but now it shows, that I only have Special Forces DLC So effectively EA stole 3.75 games from me. I get, that they merged Crysis 2 and NFS Most Wanted. But they did that without my consent. I paid twice for them, so I think I'm eligible for either refund or a key for copies, that they took away from me. Steam never steal or merge anything. There I have for example Fallout 3 with all the DLC and Fallout 3 GOTY edition. No merging [CM - Edited title for clarity]Solved109Views0likes2Comments
