Game is just too broken.
Did you do any testing at all on the new update? If you're going to just drop untested code on the public - we should actually be paid for reporting bugs. I wouldn't be surprised if it's illegal to ask people to do work for free - well, actually, I know it's illegal in my country. You have to pay people to do work for you when you're operating a business. We aren't your mates, willing to come around on the weekend to help you out. Digital companies really have tricked us into thinking that this is normal. Anyway, Another game breaking bug, along with the rest. 500 ping, 90% packet loss when loading into quads. Leads to missing geometry and unplayable game.
Missing guns and double click for actions [REDSEC]
These bugs are happening almost every redsec game, what happens is i try to collect an item and i have to double click for it to happen. And some other instances there were guns missing from the ground when they were right there and no one stole or picked them up, they simply disapear from the ground... Also please buff tank sound. i was close to a tank one day and i couldn't even hear it
ERROR CODE 0:85009S - Kicked after 5 mins (I've tried literally EVERYTHING)
Hey everyone, I am reaching out here because I am completely at my wit's end with Error Code 0:85009S. I recently did a fresh reinstall of Windows, and ever since then, I cannot stay in a match for more than 5 minutes before getting kicked. It is absolutely outrageous and is making it impossible to play with my friends. I want to be clear that I have already tried everything usually suggested for network and anti-cheat issues. Here is the list of troubleshooting steps I have already gone through, none of which worked: Switched to Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS Completely disabled IPv6 Reset and reinstalled all drivers Hard reset my router Verified the game cache and local files Repaired the EA Anti-Cheat (EA AC) Nothing is working. The game just boots me out after 5 minutes, almost on the dot. Has anyone actually found a working fix for this specific error code? I am out of ideas and just want to play the game. Dear EA and DICE employees Can you explain the fact that I am getting matched against PC players, even when I turn crossplay completely off? It does not even matter anymore what gamemode I play, the people I come up against in all matches in any mode are obviously ragecheating/ragehacking and don’t hit me with that “Our anti cheat has detected and bla bla bla blocked over 500k+ cheaters in the past 4 weeks” nonsense because we all know that ain’t true.. As a person that already has 1000+ hours in RedSec and Bf6 Multiplayer itself, I detect and confirm cheaters with the naked eye faster than your Javelin anti - cheat, and it seems it got even worse after the Nightfall update (that nobody really asked for anyway). Isn’t it time to step up your game and be fully transparant with your playerbase instead of rushing on updates and saying you are going to fix this and fix that, and by the time it gets implemented, it does not even fixed half of all the issues that you guys promised to fix? Instead of nerfing and buffing weapons each 2 weeks and working on some new maps (new maps that are mid or trash anyway), put your team on the netcode and hitreg issues. Who cares about new content when your game is 24/7 broken. You guys have such an amazing game on your hands, treat it with care because you guys are going to need it when Grand Theft Auto 6 will drop eventually. Try to fix the netcode and hitreg, stop nerfing and buffing weapons every 2 weeks, keep your hands off of the movement and reset it back to how it was in season 1, and I will promise you that players will return very quicky. (Oh yeah and btw, do not ever give people a free trial of this game because it will just be another hacker showcase on PC, and a ragecheating showcase on PS5 and XBOX) Pro tip: Wake tf up or you guys and other FPS devs will be out of business after November 19 when Grand Theft Auto 6 drops, and trust me.. it will put a lot of fps/multiplayer game devs out of the industry. My team and I were playing redsec quads on Xbox series x, high speed internet direct wired not WiFi and we went in the new underground tunnel above chemical. We were fine until we went by the loading dock with the trailer backed up to it, encountered an enemy, killed one of them and then all 3 of us completely lagged out. One of my teammates was kicked all the way back to the Xbox home page.
Rise From Your Grave
It's been said elsewhere but I wanted to make another post because I was hoping that there would be something done to address this with the Season 2 update, but alas. Either this achievement needs to be reduced, or there needs to be a new mode accessible to it to make this reasonably achievable within 100 hours of playtime. Here is my case: The Joyful Nurse achievement is reasonable because, despite the high amount of revives required, there are many game modes where I have access to 31 other players to revive in a given match. It is absolutely possible (but difficult) to get nearly 100 revives in a single match of casual breakthrough if I wanted to farm this. Without farming revives, I could likely finish the achievement in a number of playstyles within 100 hours of playing in online multiplayer. The Rise From Your Grave is ONLY achievable in modes where you have AT MOST 3 other players to revive. Generally your squad will not all be within range of you to be revived, and so you are looking at maybe 20 or so revives per game if you are REALLY on it. By that I mean, you have to be not playing objectives, and only hounding your teammates HOPING that that they fall. I have already logged 70+ hours of BR + Gauntlet combined, and only have roughly 700 revives, and I literally only play medic in these modes. It's already become drudgery, and if I want to finish this I will have to commit an additional 100 hours AT LEAST to finish this. I get that these are not required things to play the game, but completionists do exist, and we do want to check off all the boxes before moving on. This achievement feels like a punishment more than an accomplishment. If the number of revives (1988) is set in stone, then you need to add another game mode accessible to the achievement with larger teams sizes. Maybe introduce a new Redsec mode or something, because this has to change, and the community response to this achievement seems universal.
New update 3/19/26 not good
Pc just got another update today Thursday 03/19/26 and the game not playing right , my KD is 2.34 I played 3 games and was just getting destroyed my KD is now 1.32 , I have the jump on someone and they destroyed me , makes no sense, first time since the game was released I didn’t enjoy playing , wtf EASound went out during RedSec
For starters, Good evening. I was playing RedSec about 10 mins ago(of the typing of this message) and while I was playing, the sound went completely silent in the game. It wasn't for a brief moment either. I knew the sound had went out because I was by the ring of fire and that normally puts out a decent amount of sound. Let alone being shot at during this interaction. After my imminent death, I switch headsets mid game to see if it was my headset and it was not. Soon after switching headsets, I remembered that playing on the Xbox console gives you a unique sound when you hit the home button and so I did. I heard the home screen button sound so then I knew I had to let someone know about this issue, and now I am here.
DSYNC DEATHS GALOUR IN REDSEC
I have never been insta-killed as much as I am now since this newest update. This is in redsec with two plates. No time to react ever. If I have no plates after a fight and prefire the next enemy I still get one shotted. Playing xbox series x, have verizon fios 2 gigabit plan, connected using ethernet cat 6A cable, and using a 120hz 1440p monitor. Just getting fried by whoever with whatever, wether im in cover or not, shooting them from behind, being well positioned and armed and outright out playing the non skilled players... It just does not matter. All of their bullets hit rven when im not even where they are shooting. Its now unplayable. Disappointment frfr. This game could be soooo much better. Would rather go back to having ghost bullets in most matches than being one shotted by everybody and their mother. SMH. Your update to the netcode is Dog Shxt and cold hot dog water.
