Rivals System Is Not Fair and Blocks Player Progression
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the gameplay experience in EAFC 26 Rivals. The current system has become extremely frustrating and has removed the enjoyment from playing. I am repeatedly reaching the final match needed for progression, then suddenly the gameplay quality drops, my team becomes unresponsive, and I face opponents far above my visible Division. This always results in losing the final match, followed by a long losing streak that pushes me down to lower checkpoints. After this, the matchmaking becomes easier again, which clearly shows that the system is reacting to hidden MMR and not my actual performance. This pattern happens every single time. It creates an endless loop of: 1. Winning streaks 2. Reaching the promotion match 3. Losing due to clear gameplay inconsistency or mismatch 4. Dropping multiple Divisions 5. Being reset near the same checkpoint The concept of staying in the same Division all the time makes the entire mode feel like a waste of time. As a player I do not receive any sense of accomplishment and the experience becomes repetitive and boring. This is not a fair or enjoyable experience. The dynamic difficulty and matchmaking swings feel extremely punishing and discouraging. I have been playing FIFA and EAFC for many years and have never felt this level of frustration. Players want fair progression based on performance, not a system that blocks advancement and punishes success. At the moment the Rivals experience feels unfair and demoralizing. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and investigate the issues. I wanted to share my thoughts and explain why I’ve decided to leave FC 26. Honestly, this has been the easiest decision I’ve ever made. I’m deleting the game for a long time because I no longer see any future in it. Over time, the game has become overwhelmed with problems: endless bugs and errors, handicap issues, crashes, meta play cards, and many other things that completely break the experience. I truly expected that by now EA Sports would deliver something enjoyable and improved, but unfortunately, we are still playing the same broken game as usual. All the promises about “listening to the community” feel like repeated lies. It’s clear that the priority is profit, not the players. Because of this, I’ve decided that I will not be buying FC 27. I refuse to pay the full price for another buggy release. Paying 70 euros every year, only to receive downgraded cards and rebuild our squads again, feels unfair. It’s as if they are laughing at us, assuming we will accept it because we have no alternatives. I encourage you all to consider taking a break as well. If players stop playing for 2–3 months and stop spending money on the game, things could finally change. And if we choose not to buy FC 27, it would send a strong message. Maybe then we could finally expect a game where the problems are fixed and the experience is truly enjoyable. Players in team feeling like bronzes after half time after winning by a lot
Dear EA FC, Why do my players feel like 99 rated and so quick against my opponent and as I build up a lead like 4-0 they start to gradually become slow and not very active. This has just happened to me again as I lost 5-4 while leading 4-0 in the 1st half. EA denies that they have scripting but everyone in this game believes there is. Bare in mind this is Division 6 not Division 10 or whateverSwapping players club to starting 11 keeps on freezing restart the game.
So i noticed it Wednesday onwards ive brought players and I want to put them in my starting 11 i go to do so once I’ve swapped in one player the game freezes?
