The Ea servers are unable to process your request

Hello EA, I've been trying to play this game for hours. Everytime I win/lose a game it gives me "The Ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later." Then I'm kicked out back to the main menu and given a DNF warning when i log back in. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

They say it might be a soft ban due to quitting although i dont quit games its only their servers keep getting me kicked out and i didnt play for more than a week
