Switch 2 Matchmaking - Finding no opponents at all

Been struggling to find opponents on Switch 2 pretty much since the start of FC 26. 

Now it’s gotten so bad that I am not even able to qualify for Weekend League, because I don’t find a single opponent. Been trying to do so for the past five hours or longer. There needs to be a way to qualify in a different way. 

And it would be nice to fix matchmaking on Switch 2. As the player pool is so limited, matchmaking should have a wider range in my opinion. I am in Elite Division and I can play a maximum of like 5-10 games per week if I try to find opponents for several hours per day. Completely takes away the fun to be honest
