Bring in a report button on rush

I’ve just played a game, where 

a player didn’t move the whole game, but because he was pressing a button, being shield the ball, they don’t get kicked. 
a second player refuses to pass or shoot, even when set up on an open goal.

completely being a non team player., which it’s what the game is meant to be. Also this is a competitive game mode, and to top it off, if I leave the game it’s me that gets the warning for being a non team player.

i don’t get EA, on why you keep pandering up to these time wasters, they should be banned from playing this mode being rush. Instead, I need to watch a match for closer to 10 minutes because of the amount of goals scored by the other team, or I get punished. Joke of a company
