Solitaire Home Story Wont Load
I have been having issues with Solitaire Home Story for over 6 months now. I can't get past Chapter 3 Give Kate a tour and I have over 600 stars I should be able to finish a bunch of Chapters by now. But everytime I go to finish the Chapter it just freezes up. I have complained and asked for help with this multiple times now. I am getting really frustrated and I'm really thinking about cancelling my membership because I should be able to play every game without issues. They really need to go back to how it use to be when you called talk to someone about problems or issues with the games.
POKER TOWN
After constant bugs in the Poker Town game, losing most of my tokens accrued and games freezing despite my high-speed internet connection and clearing out the cache, etc., The game is throwing up too many errors, folding when players haven't selected that option, having token total reduced even when you have won or come second in the game. I cannot play any games as over 70,000 play tokens have been erased erroneously. How do I get these awarded tokens reinstated ? I can't understand why this game is still live when there are so many technical errors and bugs still in existence. if Pogo are reading this please reinstate everyone's lost tokens. I just finished a round in division 5, and although I came first in the tournament, it awarded me 2nd place because one of the players was disconnected (this time this player did bust before being disconnected). So instead of putting this player in 4th, it automatically slotted them into 1st place. It's not easy to come 1st and then on top of that to have your winnings reduced, and your boosts ineffective, and your ranking affected. This has happened to me multiple times - everytime a player is disconnected from the game it slots that person in first even though they didn't finish the tournament or play to win the game! Very frustrating Pogo! And still having the issue of random freezing, where you can't bet on a hand and it automatically folds you for timing out - this must be a server problem on your end and has been going on for awhile. Another bug fix needed that I know has been brought to your attention by other players.
