Merge Academy
Why is it, that at least monthly there is a major issue with Merge Academy, I spend a boat load of my REAL money on gems to be able to play when my energy is gone, which frankly is sooooo wrong, I already have a subscription where I should be allowed to play as much as I want!! But every time I post a complaint, like being ROBBED of my energy, NOBODY ever gets back to me, my energy is never returned, nor my gems. And now I see I have been automatically charged for a full other year of club pogo, and for what? So you can STEAL more money! I am contacting the FCC about this matter TODAY! so you greedy people can deal with them from now on.Solitaire Home Story
When trying to play Solitaire Home Story on my IPhone. I receive a message saying a problem repeatedly occurred on “https://www.pogo.com/games/solitaire- home-story/ play this is the only game that will not load, I have tried many fixes with no luck. any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you [edit: email address removed]Graphic heavy games
I have the same problem with Garden Blast loading only to 22% as others are mentioning, But it’s not just Garden Blast since the update. I can’t use my iPad to play Lucky Cat, Solitaire Home, Pogo Slots, and sometimes Pogo’s Wheel of Fortune. If I want to play these games I have to use my iPhone which is newer and can handle more and faster graphics. On my iPad Some of the games won’t finish loading and others re-start or reload during the game causing the loss of any cumulative rewards earned as well as the loss of energy, boosters or power ups used. I can’t blame EA for what my computing product can’t handle. I just thought they should know that it makes it difficult to play certain games and prevents me and likely other players from going for badges for those games. The current Jam-Packed Wins is a great example of my issue. I was able to do all the badges except Snowbird Solitaire and Solitaire Home Story. That prevents me from finishing the challenge.
