Merge Academy

Why is it, that at least monthly there is a major issue with Merge Academy, I spend a boat load of my REAL money on gems to be able to play when my energy is gone, which frankly is sooooo wrong, I already have a subscription where I should be allowed to play as much as I want!! But every time I post a complaint, like being ROBBED of my energy, NOBODY ever gets back to me, my energy is never returned, nor my gems. And now I see I have been automatically charged for a full other year of club pogo, and for what? So you can STEAL more money! I am contacting the FCC about this matter TODAY! so you greedy people can deal with them from now on.

    Been trying to get onto Merge Academy for 2 days, nothing, the main page just stays and the game doesn't load. No-one is there to help, just a bot that tells me it doesn't understand my question and then eventually, after numerous different questions, tells me to reboot the game - what's that all about? It's been rebooted when I turn the computer on and off. This isn't the first time this happens, as the member above says, it's seems to happen quite often and where do you go to get it fixed. Pogo is happy to take the money, charge for gems and energy etc, but no refunds or help anywhere.

    I am also unable to get into Merge Academy. I have cleared my history, rebooted computer. I am looking for answers as well

    Yes!!!!  I either want to be refunded my money or gifted gems!

    Hey folks,

    I totally understand the frustration, I know it's not ideal and I know you're running into issues.

    The team is aware of the energy issue and as called out in the service update here by Pogo_Sconnie, they are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue.

    I don't have any new updates as of yet but the moment I do I will post it in the Pogo game info hub area.

    I really do appreciate your patience.
