I didn‘t receive the Club Member Reward Evolution

Hello EA,

I also have this problem. Please look into the issue. It is a big disadvantage for everyone who can do this evolution.

I havent preordered but am playing the 10 hour free trial and have played FC 24 for pretty much the whole cycle and also dont have the member reward evo

“My friends and I have been entering the game on the first day of the game for years and while they all have the same evolution, I do not see this evolution. Will this problem be valid only for this evolution or will I not be in the game as a “UT Founder” throughout the year? Please let an EA employee come to this forum thread and answer our question.

If we were UT Founder, this evolution would be in our accounts, which means that we do not appear in your system in this way.

It is very annoying that only some people are affected by this problem.

I followed all directions to be eligible for the FC Club Member rewards in FC 25, pre-ordering the game and playing FC 24 until the day before FC 25's release yet have not recieved my FC Club Member rewards at all. I have the loyalty rewards already but no Member rewards. I pre ordered the Ultimate Loyalty edition on PC (EA App) which is the same platform and account that I played FC 24 on. Missing out on the rewards and evolution is very annoying as it is a part of my purchase that has not been fulfilled. Will this get resolved?

Bought the loyalty edition on EA App on the same account i played last 4 years in a row on....
No Club member rewards, no evolution

I did not receive the club member rewards including the evolution “club member reward”

I did play both FC24 and FC25 in time.

@ea please fix this, there are many more loyal customers missing this (see many order topics Here)

I bought ultimate edition and I used to play in fc 24 but why don't I have the club member reward evolution?
