Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. I purchased the premium season pass yesterday and started the Precision Passer evolution. It incorrectly displayed that it was repeatable 50 times. This was incorrect and I could only do it 10 times. However, due to the bug, I was mislead and I applied the evolution on the wrong players first. Can I please start the evolution again?cant open packs
i claimed the evolution from the season pass and when its in the screen to redeem, quick sell, or transfer, it wont let me redeem it, just says problem connecting to ultimate team try again later. any time i try to open packs it says i have something to manage/ redeem, but doesnt let me redeem the evolutions, theyre stuck in my trade pile, and i cant open packs until i redeem them.70 dollar game my a**
This game is truly garbage the simplest bugs can’t be fixed the chance ratio is completely rigged and the gameplay is just straight bs a simple bug that I’ve had for almost a week now; is an EVO I’ve claimed which I can’t redeem at all??? I just went to claim all of the rewards in the FC 26 Season Pass, and the final reward is a choice between an 89 Barella card and a pack, but when I went to redeem this reward it bugged and didn’t show me a pick between the two, just a blank screen, and then the game crashed. When I rebooted the game, I went back in, expecting it to let me try and reclaim the reward, but it says it had already been claimed, but I received neither the player or the pack, which makes no sense. I was going to pick the player card and was hoping to either get the reward reinstated to my account, or simply to just have the 89 Barella card added to my club, as I worked hard to reach the level required to unlock him, and am now left with nothing to show for it. The rest of the rewards seemed to be claimed fine, it was just the level 40 reward that failed to redeem properly.CE-107928-7
Hello, I am playing EA SPORTS FC on PS5 Digital. After the latest update, I get error code CE-107928-7 every time I try to enter Ultimate Team. Other game modes work normally. I tried: - Rebuilding database - Reinstalling the game - Logging out and back into EA account - Updating PS5 system software The issue is still happening.
