Access to transfer market on companion
I unlocked access to transfer market 2.5-3 days ago and i still cant access the market or the season pass on my phone the companion app im going on holiday and will be wanting to do sbc's and they still have my transfer market locked i tried everything to talk to a employee at ea but thers no way at all i can get into a live chat or even email them i hope ea sees this and gets back to me on this issue.......Level 27 season pass rewards for previous season pass
I had bought the premium season pass on eafc 26 for the previous season. When getting to level 27 it would not let me claim the rewards the rewards from 28 to 30 were then claimed as normal. Until now I still have not received these rewards. EA help webchat is no help whatsoever ever and told me to post in here. Doubt that ill get anything back but here goes...Missing extra content
I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 TOTY Edition on Steam. The game is installed and works fine, but I did not receive 5,000 Season Points or the TOTY packs in Ultimate Team. I confirmed that the DLC is active and I am logged in with the correct EA account linked to Steam. Please help me restore the missing content. Thank you.
Paid for season pass.. still locked!
I paid 1000 fc points to buy the season pass. All was working fine, it unlocked and I was able to redeem some premium rewards. However since getting to rank 3 and unlocking the +3000 SP. It’s now locked the season pass premium rewards and is asking me to pay again to unlock it. Please can this be fixed asap!
EA FC 26 fps drop issues
I have almost 300 hours in EA FC 26, but I experience this FPS drop issue every time. Electronic Arts supposedly promised to address player demands this year, but there's almost no new content for PC players. Please either fix this optimization problem or don't release the game on PC until you do. If you do release it, please do it properly. You don't seem to read the comments; you've just made two ridiculous in-game improvements and essentially abandoned the game. We expect a reaction from the authorities to resolve this as soon as possible. It's not impossible; the company has millions of programmers. Haven't they ever played the game on a PC? Look it up, and if it doesn't work, create a better version and release it on PC. It's not that difficult. We expect a solution as soon as possible. (Note: I'm speaking from someone with an RTX 3050 system; I believe other graphics cards don't have this problem.)
