ea app causes system to freeze completely
i can say that i have reinstalled the system at least 20 times for 2-3 weeks and almost destroyed my 2 weeks old device by hand. finally i discovered the problem and it seems to be caused by the amd driver somehow crashing because of anticheat. what can i do about it? Problem: when I start a game in the app (battlefield series 1 and 5) or when shutting down the system after playing mostly high graphics games for a long time, the screen hangs at the last moment and the system hangs without reacting to anything (only after pressing the power key for 10 sec)
Ea App still keeps crashing when laughing the Sims 4
To this day, the EA App is still crashing, even with getting updates. Every time I launch it, it crashes, I tried clearing the cache, still crashes, I tried opening games a different way, still crashes, I tried to let it sit for a while, still crashes, ran it as a administrator, still keeps crashing, I even disabled some EA App features and went offline, and if it crashes again, I don't know what to do And when I tried to get something from the gallery in The Sims, it would keep having the stubborn issue, forcing me to go offline and online again. This issue has been ongoing and I am scared to try out the new upcoming feature in the next TS4 expansion pack
App instantly crashes after opening
basically the title of the post. After I try to open the app, it just crashes every time and shows me the attached error. I have try re-downloading it, repairing it, starting my computer in safe mode etc. Nothing seems to fix it. I would like to be able to play the games I have purchased.
EA games crash and return me to EA app shortly after launch.
Basically, what the title says. I have 4 games on steam that connect to EA, and only one works [Battlefront II] These games take me to the splash screen, before shortly crashing and returning me to the app. I've tried clearing cache, new accounts, changing windows settings and sfc scans. Nothing works. I have a theory that it's related to the splash screen since the only difference between the other 3 games I have to Battlefront II is that Battlefront II does not have a splashscreen and it loads fine. Help would be appreciated.
