EA app freezes and auto closes
Hey Guys, I am having an issue with my EA App I am not able to use it, hence my games are unplayable, or I cannot open it without this freaking app, which doesn't open. I have tried multiple avenues such as mcconfig, repair app, cache clear, run as administrator and app recovery, nothing works. Once in a blue moon, it launches and lets me play games, but the next day same issue. The app is in desktop, for the sake I have enabled auto startup, hoping for it to work. It opens and lands in login page. Soon as it open as about 3-4 seconds it lags/freezes and auto-closes/ crashes. HELP ME
Error EC:201, cannot open the app
After a quite long time of not using the app I tried to open it, but the app won't open. First, it tells me the app cannot connect to EA servers and tells me to open app in offline mode, however when I open offline mode the EC:201 error appears and it says that they cannot find my account, even though on safari I log in easily. I cannot do anything except trying to go on offline mode and close the app. Also, any advice I find on the internet is to open something windows related, but I have a mcbook and the app downloaded on IOS. Please somebody help me :( Also, I don't know if somebody from Poland will read it since its my chosen language so just in case I'll write the same in polish Po długim czasie nie używania aplikacji postanowiłam zagrać w coś ale aplikacja nie chce się otworzyć. Na początku jest napisane ze aplikacja nie morze się połączyć z serwerami EA i sugerują mi granie w trybie online, ale gdy klikam w ta opcje wyskakuje error EC:201 i mówią mi ze nie mogą znaleść mojego konta, mimo ze na przeglądarce z łatwością mogę się zalogować. Nie mogę nic zrobić prócz pójścia w rzekomy tryb offline albo zamknąć aplikacje. No i jeszcze każda rada powiązana z tematem jest o grzebaniu w Windowsie, a ja mam Macbooka a aplikacje pobrana na IOS. Proszę pomóżcie mi :((
EA App randomly closes while playing BF6
My EA App crashes randomly while playing BF6. Sometimes i play for hours and it's ok. Sometimes crashes after one match or two. Closes BF6 AND EA app. Almost everytime no messages of any error at all. I receive only 2 times a message of an issue with "The app crash unexpectedly, we ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it." I check marked to send the crash report. I already checked all drivers and bios that are updated. Cleaned the cache from EA app and logging in with the user and password anytime. Nothing solve the problem. Another issue that i noticed are, when i am in a party at BF6, when any friend are the Party leader, they cannot select any mode. They shows with a Lock and can't start any match. But, if i am the leader at a party, i can select any mode to play. This issue only started to happens today. C'mon EA, you need to solve those issues.
Buy a new games
Hi, i got an issues with the app. Everytime i've been trying to buy the new kits of the sims 4, everytime i click on buy, the app automatically restart on its own. I don't why. I tried everything but nothing worked. The thing is, i can play and do other stuff on the app, but when it comes to buy, the app crash and restart and so, i can't go throught the buying of the pack. And my connection is absolutely fine. What is wrong ? And what can i do to solve it ?EA app crashes within 2-3 seconds after opening
I urgently need help. For months now, I've been having a problem where the EA app closes itself within 2-3 seconds of starting, and I can't start or do anything. Since I have “repaired” and uninstalled the app several times at the request of support, I am now stuck in the login menu when I try to start the EA app and cannot do anything because the app closes on its own after 2-3 seconds as usual. I have tried everything conventional and even performed a clean boot. For this reason, I gave up working on this problem months ago. Now EA FC 26 is coming out and I would like to play the game, but I need the EA Launcher to do so. I now need your help to find a solution or further steps to finally be able to access the app again. I've been able to play Apex Legends on Steam the whole time, but that's not good enough for EA FC, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE EA APP! Problem in a nutshell: The app opens with a black screen (now after reinstalling in the login menu) freeze and closes on its own after 2-3 seconds, over and over again. Sometimes I get a crash report requesting a restart. This does not happen. Only by manually reopening the app does it open and crash again.
Ea App crashing and freezing on startup.
Spending an hour or more repairing, cleaning cache, uninstalling and all the other troubleshooting. Never had problems playing an eapp game through steam. fore some reason this crap app started this towards the end of bf2024. Every now and again it will pop up sorry something happen and pop a window to report but freeze so you cant.
