friend list are stuck
My profile picture, status, and friend list are stuck in an endless loading screen (please find attached). Because of this, I can't see my friends online in-game, and they can't see me either. While I have no issues playing the game solo, I'm unable to play with friends anymore. I've followed every troubleshooting step, including multiple reinstalls, and have reported the issue several times through the EA app support option — but it still hasn't been resolved. Please help me fix this."
Skate 4 Crash
Hello. I just got skate. for PC this week and I downloaded it. When I click the play button in the EA app, it'll launch the game. When I click start on the main menu, I cant make it past configuring. The game crashes and sends me back to the EA app. Any suggestions? I disabled the antivirus on the EA app and the skate folder itself and tried to repair the game and it didn't work.Cannot Open EA app, Background services crashed on Windows download
hello, i was trying to redownload the EA app on my computer to play the sims as i have not touched this computer since the end of 2023. i used to use the origin app to play the sims but as the new update began where the sims must be on the ea app i began to use my roommate’s pc as its much nicer and smoother to run on. now i’ve deleted my old origin app and all the old files and mods and tried downloading the ea app but everytime it keeps popping up as ‘background services crashed’. i double checked and made sure all old files have been deleted on this computer but i am still having trouble. i have tried the repair button and tried manually updating but each time it crashes again. i just wanna play the new sims battle pass before it expires :/EA/Origin SUCKS
I have had an origin account for a little over 15 years, I started with The Sims 2 and just recent bought The Sims 4 High School years. I have not had access to my account for over a year. I have not gotten any real help with the issue. I am seriously thinking about seeking legal action I have spent over $500 dollars and years of gameplay and none of my issues have been resolved. This new platform is awful They have had so many bugs and issues, and the system has gotten worse instead of better.
EA "Background servers crashed"
After downloading the most recent update for the EA app my account wouldn't load or let me interact with it at all. In an effort to fix that problem I exited EA and tried re-entering, but then the error message "Background servers crashed" popped up. I have tried repairing the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, allowing it on my viruses/ firewall, cleared cash, restarting my computer, trying to start it directly from the sims, shutting off Wi-Fi, updated computer, etc. None of those have worked and the message still pops up telling me to "update". However, when clicked it says that the EA app is already fully updated. I have been unable to access the app or my game for over two days now, and I do not use any Mods.
