tengo todo de los sims hasta el 4 originales y con espansiones yna burradade dinero que ahora <<<EA no me deja jugar,Al comprarlos creo que son mios y <EA no puede hacer como si no los hubiera pagado. llame y me dijeron que no que no daban soporte.tambien tengo coleccion de simcity..y me dijeron que ese si podia instalarlo..pero me ha sido imposible. tambien me dijeron que me lo mandarian..pero nunca mas se supo. viendo lo inseguro y cada vez menos jugable el built,,quiero volver a mi juego, por favor digamme como hacerloImpuesto en las demás regiones de Simcity buildit

I just purchased simcity 4 deluxe edition today and was trying to adjust some screen settings to make it fit my screen better. i closed the game as instructed to make the adjustments take affect and now it will not launch. I have tried to edit the advanced launch settings and none of them help. all it does is when i click play the EA launcher goes away and the icon for SC4 pops on the taskbar then disappears and the launcher comes back.
