I would like to report a serious gameplay balance issue affecting goalkeepers in EA SPORTS FC 26 Squad Battles. Over the past few weeks, AI-controlled goalkeepers have become excessively strong and unrealistically consistent. This issue is present even on the lowest difficulty levels and when facing low-rated goalkeepers. These goalkeepers regularly save powerful shots, long-range attempts, close-range finishes, and well-placed shots with near-perfect reactions and positioning. More importantly, they almost never make natural goalkeeping mistakes. They rarely mistime a dive, react late, misjudge the ball’s trajectory, spill a shot into a dangerous area, or allow a saveable attempt to go in. This is unrealistic and contradicts the behaviour of real football. Even the world’s best goalkeepers make mistakes. They sometimes react late, choose the wrong position, fail to hold the ball, parry it into danger, misjudge a powerful shot, or concede a goal they would normally be expected to save. Low-rated goalkeepers should make such errors more frequently, especially when the match is being played on Beginner, Amateur, or Semi-Pro difficulty. At present, goalkeeper performance does not appear to reflect either the goalkeeper’s rating or the selected Squad Battles difficulty. A weak goalkeeper on a very low difficulty level can perform like an elite goalkeeper, making repeated exceptional saves without committing any meaningful errors. This removes realism, makes goalkeeper attributes feel irrelevant, and makes shooting unnecessarily frustrating and unrewarding. The difficulty setting should affect the goalkeeper’s reactions, positioning, decision-making, handling, consistency, and frequency of mistakes. Please investigate and rebalance AI goalkeeper behaviour in Squad Battles. Goalkeepers should remain capable of making good saves, but they should not perform perfectly or almost perfectly throughout every match. Their performance and error rate must properly reflect their individual attributes and the selected difficulty level. While playing FC 26 I scored a goal and while performing a celebration an idea came to my mind. What if users could create their own celebration in the game and using it whenever they score a goal (bellow I explain how that could be possible). • HOW TO CREATE A CELEBRATION STEP 1 : Users would be able to do that by downloading a specific one or using the EA app and logging in their account STEP 2 : Then they would select the option CREATE YOUR OWN CELEBRATION they would start creating their own STEP 3 : After that user would film their selves performing the celebrations they created and an AI program would analyse it, create the animation and put it into the game so the user can use it NOTES : Some people creating Inappropriate celebrations would of course be a very big problem but with a good AI program and a security system you can prevent thatLost Squad & 120k Coins by Advisor Error - Cases #252859660 & #252876618
Hello EA Community Managers, I am writing to request an urgent escalation regarding an issue caused directly by an error made by a support advisor. Summary of the issue: During a live chat session (Case #252859660 & #252876618), I followed the exact troubleshooting steps provided by the advisor to fix a sync issue. Unfortunately, following those instructions resulted in a total sync conflict that completely wiped my Ultimate Team squad and 120,604 coins. Current status: Frontline live support advisors are refusing to escalate this case internally, stating they cannot take action, despite the loss being a direct result of advisor error. Request: Since all details and chat transcripts are documented under Cases #252859660 & #252876618, I kindly ask a Community Manager to review these case logs and escalate this matter directly to the Specialist Team / Terms of Service Team for investigation and restoration of my account items. I received an email from EA accusing me of violating rules by buying or selling tokens to third parties, and my account was closed to the transfer market. I appealed, but it's been 3 days and there's still no progress. I have neither bought nor sold tokens in any way. I don't know how your system works, but the accusation against me is completely unfounded and unfair. I urgently request that this error be corrected and my losses compensated.
Just add "Framerate Option" in Setting Menu (Nintendo Switch 2)
Dear EA FC Developer, I understand about your hard work about this newly game for along time and I love this game so much. As I am a Nintendo switch 2 player who played often in a handheld mode, Is it possible to add a Framerate option in the setting menu such as 30 FPS (Visual) 40 FPS or 60 FPS (Performance) Unlocked to give a option to all variable people desired. Although I may be some bad feedback for some hiccup in FPS from the other frame rate option, At least you give the people to decide to select without force them for only locked at 30 FPS.
