Urgent Complaint: Promotion and Sale of Game Cheating Tools on TikTok

It has come to our attention that multiple TikTok accounts are openly advertising and selling cheating tools (referred to as "script pieces") designed to bypass game mechanics. Key Concerns: Unlawful Promotion: Accounts like [@mshscript] are distributing these cheats to a large audience, encouraging widespread unfair play. Player Impact: This exploitation has caused severe frustration within the gaming community, as fraudulent methods invalidate fair competition and diminish gameplay quality. Lack of Countermeasures: Despite repeated player reports, no effective action has been taken to remove these accounts or prevent cheat distribution. Our Requests: Immediate Investigation into the identified TikTok accounts and sellers. Enhanced Detection Systems to identify and penalize users of these cheats in-game. Due to the hourly SP limit (which I just found out about), I couldn’t receive the rewards for 4 of the Season 10 missions — a total of 6000 SP. Now, even if I complete all the missions, I can’t reach 30,000 SP and therefore can’t finish the season pass. As shown in the screenshots, there are 12 missions I completed, each giving 1500 SP, so it should total 18,000 SP, but only 12,000 SP is shown. EDIT: I don’t think they ever fixed it. If you use Steam, just use SAM to unlock it. If you play on other platforms, good luck — there’s nothing you can do about this company. Personally, I won’t buy any FC game anymore, probably not any other E* titles either. This is just disrespectful. Platform: PS5 Game Mode: Ultimate Team – Season Ladder Issue: Season Points (SP) were not awarded after completing and claiming objectives while the hourly SP cap message was active (was not notified of cap until i went to look at claiming rewards) Details: - Multiple objectives that explicitly reward SP were completed and claimed. The Season Ladder did not advance at all and i did not get any SP - Waited hours, restarted the game multiple times. - SP never applied retroactively. - Objectives remain marked as “Completed / Claimed”. Expected Result: SP should be awarded once the hourly cap resets, or objectives should not allow claiming while SP is capped. Actual Result: SP appears to be permanently lost/suppressed. I’m located in Nigeria, Africa, and I’m having ongoing issues finding matches in Ultimate Team. No matter the time of day or game mode, matchmaking either takes extremely long or fails completely. My internet connection is stable, NAT type is open, and other online games work fine. I play FC25 Ultimate Team through my EA Play membership. I finished the Ultimate Team final season missions on 29.10.2025. When I finished some missions, it was progressing in the FC season. However, when I finished all the missions, it suddenly stopped progressing and its progress stopped at level 22, 22,500/23,000 points. I have completed all the required tasks for the current season; however, I did not receive the full amount of XP that I should have earned. According to the objectives, I was supposed to receive 31,500 XP, but I only received 15,000 XP, as clearly shown in the attached documents and screenshots.
