Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Я снова играю в сквадах потому-что в дивизионах нереально, я выигрываю против слабого человека 5:1 до 75 минуты и по скрипту проигрываю 7:5 не знаю как, не суть важна. Я играю в сквадах 3 матча выиграл и 4 я запускаюсь как всегда на сложности Ultimate против 72 СОСТАВА КАРЛ 72 и знаете что: против 96 я выиграл 2:0, но против этих я проиграл 4:3 **bleep**, как, добавьте хоть что-нибудь пожалуйста, это нереально, я прошу переигрывание не знаю, там слабее хоть немного сделайте пожалуйста а то игра превращается в неразборчивую херню где ты можешь вести 10:0 в первом тайме а проиграть 11:10 или играть в 1 дивизионе райвлс и проигрывать самым слабым из 4-х ботовConta banida há semanas sem resposta da EA Help – Caso #250070598
Olá a todos. Gostaria de saber se algum Community Manager pode verificar a situação do meu caso ou orientar sobre como proceder. Minha conta do EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team foi banida no dia 04/07/2026. No mesmo dia, abri um recurso através do EA Help (Caso #250070598) e enviei todas as informações solicitadas. Desde então: Recebi apenas a resposta automática informando que o caso seria analisado. Enviei uma contestação detalhada. Já se passaram várias semanas e ainda não recebi uma decisão. Sou um jogador legítimo. Nunca utilizei cheats, bots, programas de terceiros ou comprei/vendi FC Coins. O que mais me preocupa não é apenas o banimento, mas a falta de retorno. Comprei a Ultimate Edition para jogar e estou há semanas sem acesso ao meu jogo favorito aguardando uma análise. I don't have enough bad words to express how much crap this is! Every time I need to win one game to get promoted to the third division, the whole crap of this game falls on me. Passes, switches, shots, player runs, defense, all of it without control! Every time. Every time I need to get one win! Your Spielberg is broken! What cheap crap! Maybe you'll decide right away who wins? Today was the biggest crap yet. I managed to overcome the game (not the opponent) and I simply lost control of the players, the score on the scoreboard was 2:0 in my favor. All I could do was hard reset and leave the game! You **bleep**!WORST GAME EVER!!!!
This is the WORST game to play, no matter the settings the passing go to who it wants to go to. GOLD base cards overpower Promo and evo cards. Players do what they want, while the opponent can score impossible goals. their players have faster pace and stronger while your evo and promo card thats higher rated play like bronze. again, WORST GAME !!!!

@EA Sports I'm trying to complete my unfinished Evo. As you can see, my Neymar is still looking a bit... mid. 😔 Have a close look pls Only 92 Stamina 🤢 Just 95 Attacking Positioning 🤮 And don't even get me started on that 91 Heading Accuracy. Absolutely unacceptable. EA, how am I supposed to compete with those numbers? Clearly this card is nowhere near finished. 92 Stamina is simply unacceptable at this stage of the game, so Relentless is essential. Then give him Acrobatic, because if my Neymar isn't trying an overhead kick every time the ball comes anywhere near him, what are we even doing? And if that's asking too much, I'd happily take Long Ball Pass instead, so Neymar can finally fulfil his lifelong dream of becoming Brazilian Xabi Alonso. 🤷♂️😂 At the moment he's only rocking 5 PlayStyle+ and 8 regular PlayStyles, so he's basically unusable. 😉Seriously though, I think we're at the stage of the game where the Chem Lab could be expanded.Why not let us build true end-game cards? Increase the limit to 5 PlayStyle+ and 10 regular PlayStyles. (Very good idea!) Give us an End Game Evolution that boosts two face stats to 98 or 99 (Also, very good idea!) Personally, I think every FUTTIES card should have had at least two 99 face stats. Compared to previous years, many of this year's FUTTIES cards feel a little unfinished. Their overall ratings don't always match what you see on the face stats, so they don't quite feel like the true end-game cards they were meant to be. I mean, 93 Dribbling on a striker at the end of July? Come on... that's a November stat. 😅 The game is almost over, so now is the perfect time to let us go crazy with Evolutions. And you can go crazy with Futties! For example: few more icons pls! 6 icons is just too few. And let's agree that no Futtie card should ever be below 96 overall rating. Last but not least... who's Claudia? Nobody knows her, I've never seen her IRL and somehow she's rated 99 OVR! Meanwhile, Zlatan is only 98? That's impossible. If anyone deserves the first-ever 100 OVR, it's the man who'd probably already told you that the rating system should adapt to him, not the other way around. 😂 And 99 Dribbling for Claudia versus 96 for Ibra? Zlatan would never approve. 😎 Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to try and survive with this completely unfinished Neymar... 😭😂FC26 script
How is it possible to win the first half 7:0 and in the second half it's like your team changes and you end up losing the match?Hoooowwwwww hooowwwww EA?Take your **bleep** game and stop release…….6game in a row is so **bleep** stupid script…I no longer have the nerves or words to call you out for this bad game that destroys nerves and the desire to play it..Why don't you let us play and get pleasure from it?I've never seen a worse game than this and I'm sure the next one will be the same because every year you promise but in the end there are zero changes. Why have you made this gameplay even worse than before…..it was already over the top of non GKs saving 80% of shots in some games, and non defenders making perfect last ditched tackles etc which would never happen and is unrealistic, that you keep promoting… but now it seems it’s harder to even tackle an AI player, and if you do tackle them, they don’t get stunned and can instant take it back, and my player gets stunned leaving it open for the AI to attack….and I’m on about silver cards outpacing, out strength and out jumping every time, against 99 rated Laporte ….realistic….again is your mantra why is it bigger number against the AI doesn’t equate in this game like it should it’s stuff like this is why the numbers are dropping to the floor….bad decision making by devs….
