Squad Battles & overpowered AI
Let me start by saying i've owned & played every single Fifa title since France 98 but I stopped paying for them after FC24 when I saw the direction the game was going in. Now, I wait until the game comes onto Gamepass in June and play for a couple of months until the cycle ends. I've been in elite every single version of Fifa that elite has been a thing. Honestly, squad battles in FC26 is the most unenjoyable, soul destroying gaming experience i've had in 30 years of gaming. Its beyond me that you've tested it and thought it was ok to release. You've created a system where anything higher than professional the AI players will play keepball like their lives depend on it so all you can do is drop back, wait to tackle the striker then play one-twos all the way up the pitch. Every single game is exactly the same. The AI can get away with fouls and do things that you physically cannot do with the inputs on your controller, so you've created an absurdly unbalanced and unfair game. That AI being so ridiculously overpowered and having 0 errors in them even in World class against a 70 rated team with 0 chem, shows the massive problem you've created online too. Players are replicating these overpowered tactics in FUT & gaining a huge advantage by getting that overpowered AI to do all of their defending for them. Its near impossible to win a header against the AI, you can't tackle them, they move at 10x the speed your players do even if they're 99 paced and lengthy, they have absurd strength and a 5ft2 player with 60 strength can somehow consistently body a 6ft4 defender with bruiser+ and 99 strength, your passes will constantly go nowhere near where you aim against them etc.. The whole USP of FC26 was supposed to be about nerfing auto defending and bringing it back to manual play, but it looks like the exact opposite has happened. I genuinely feel sorry for lower skilled players & young kids who want to get into the game because there's just no way they'll be able to do some of these world class objectives. Creating objectives like "Score a direct freekick with a Mexican player on World class" is a slap in the face when its nigh on impossible to win a freekick on World class near the box unless you turn handballs on. I'm personally not having a problem winning games but the objectives are being made WAY more difficult than they need to be because of how bad the gameplay is. If you're going to do these objectives then at least do them in professional or semi pro so people can do them without wanting to throw their TV out of the window Significant changes are needed to this franchise or it will die out eventually. Every Fifa title since 22 has just got worse and worse19Views2likes1CommentIt is NOT RIGHT to ban people for "trading"
First, no I don't trade, and no I haven't been banned for trading, ever. But I've seen people being banned for like 100k or 150k profit. And this is NOT RIGHT. This is not a cheat, this is not a glitch (EA knows a thing or 2 about glitches, right?). This is something that requires dedication, time, knowledge and luck (all reasons for me not to do it). And this is something completely natural. If you're selling your car or your house, OF COURSE you're going to take a profit if possible. If you bought a car $30k and they tell you you can resell it for $35k, you're not going to say "nah, I'll sell it for $29k". At this point the word "trading" just got the reputation of meaning shady tactic to make money you shouldn't, but it's not. It's just something as old as the world. At this point, just get rid off the coins, get rid off the transfer market and make every card untradable. Otherwise this is ridiculous to keep a transfer market on which you're only allowed to lose coins. Should EA get banned or closed for making profit on FC? If it costs you $200m to make FC27, should you get banned if you make $200,1m profit from it?! That's exactly the same. You take time and work (yeah I know, not really) to make a game and hope for profit. Well guess what, people take time and work on the transfer market and hope for a profit.
Trying to do a challenge of the back heal and score. now I’ve completed 7 hack heals, shooting power shots, finesse, and normal shots, too bins, mid, and low, some were blocked…..the GK saved every one. wouldn’t mind but this was a non GK in goal…. EA you do not need to do this, by amping up the GK if a back heal has been done this was a 75/8 rated team is this what you call realisticDesilusionado de FC26
Hello EA, I have to be honest: the current Squad Battles points system no longer reflects the actual difficulty of the game. Since IA was introduced while Smurf was removed from the server rotation, the balance between the different difficulty levels has changed dramatically. The points awarded simply don't match the challenge anymore, making the ranking system feel outdated and unfair. This isn't just about making Squad Battles harder or easier—it's about ensuring that the reward system accurately reflects the level of difficulty that players face. Right now, it doesn't. With FC27 approaching, this seems like an obvious issue to address before launch rather than months afterward. Players expect balance changes to be reflected in the scoring system, yet this has been overlooked for far too long. Please review and update the Squad Battles points allocation so it matches the current gameplay. A competitive mode should reward players fairly, and the existing system no longer achieves that. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because many players have noticed the same issue and would welcome a proper rebalance before FC27 is released.15Views0likes0CommentsCustom Teams in Custom Leagues
Discussion We’d like to request a new feature for FC 26 and FC 27 that would greatly expand the possibilities for community‑run leagues: the ability for players to build custom teams using any players from the EA Sports roster, without relying on Ultimate Team progression. Our community runs a custom league with structured fixtures, standings, and long‑term competition. The biggest limitation we face is that we cannot create balanced, fantasy‑style squads unless everyone grinds for specific FUT cards. This makes league participation difficult for new players, casual players, or anyone who doesn’t want to invest time into Ultimate Team. Why this feature matters Fairness & accessibility: Not everyone has the time or desire to grind FUT. Allowing custom team creation ensures all players start on equal footing. League creativity: Fantasy‑football style drafting is one of the most fun ways to build a competitive league. Being able to pick any players from the EA roster unlocks endless strategic possibilities. Community growth: Custom leagues thrive when players can join easily. Removing the FUT dependency makes it far easier to onboard new members. Separation from FUT economy: This feature would exist strictly for friendlies and custom leagues, so it wouldn’t interfere with Ultimate Team progression or monetization. Requested feature Add a Custom Team Builder option for friendly matches and custom leagues, allowing players to: Select any players from the full EA Sports roster Build a squad with custom formations, tactics, and roles Save and reuse these squads within private leagues or friendly lobbies Play without needing FUT cards or club progression This would function similarly to fantasy‑draft modes in other sports games, but tailored for friendlies and league play. Outcome This feature would dramatically improve the experience for communities that organize their own competitions. It supports creativity, accessibility, and long‑term engagement—without touching FUT or online ranked modes. Thank you for considering this addition for FC 26 and FC 27. Our league—and many others—would benefit enormously from it.7Views1like0Comments
