I have the packs purchased through the EA app, however when i open the ingame store, it says that none of my packs are installed. While i also had this issue wiht my kits, i was able rto redownload them from the ingame store, but i dont seem to have this option for any oth the packs. Now i have unlinked the accountts, uninstallec and reinstalled the game, even restarted the computer, nothing works, i still dont have access to my packs.EA App Errors EC 10600 / 10608 / 10610
Hi everyone, I really need help because I have been unable to play EA Sports FC for 4 days now. Every time I launch the game, I get different EA App errors related to cloud sync or connection: - EC 10600 (couldn’t load cloud data) - EC 10608 (network sync issue) - EC 10610 (unable to connect to EA servers) - “Your latest sync was interrupted” - Cloud / local data conflicts Sometimes EA App doesn’t even open properly, sometimes the game won’t launch, and when it finally launches, the same errors appear again. I have tried absolutely everything: - Clearing EA App cache - Deleting AppData (Local, LocalLow, Roaming) - Reinstalling EA App, Steam, and the game - Resetting DNS, IP, Winsock - Running as administrator - Disabling antivirus/firewall Nothing worked. To check if the problem was my EA account, I even created a new EA account and linked it to Steam. But the same errors appear on the new account too, so this is not a problem with my account or my PC. Now I’m stuck because my Steam account is linked to the new EA account, and I can’t go back to my original one due to the 6-month unlink restriction. So I can’t play on my main account anymore either. At this point I’m completely lost and very disappointed because I just want to play the game again. If anyone has suggestions, solutions, or knows what I can try next, please help me. I really don’t know what else to do. Thank you.Unable to launch game
Downloaded Battlefield Hardline from Steam, tried to launch the game, Steam stops launching the game and opens the EA app, tried to launch the game from the EA app, brings me to the battlelog website, tried to launch the game from the website, tells me to launch the EA app while EA app is already launched, click over to the EA ap, nothing has changed and a popup from the website that says continue when the EA app is launched but won't let me continue. I have tried to launch the game from the NVIDIA app, similar situation happens. I have tried to go into my files on my computer and the game is not there. Tried opening Steam and the game from the Steam files through NVIDIA in administrator mode, that doesn't work. I am unable to change the display mode from full screen like I have seen some mention when I look this problem up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the EA app and the game in Steam. PLEASE HELP!Packs not working even thought theyre installed
I have multiple add-ons. My game was frozen and i uninstalled the Horse Ranch Expansion Pack and City Living just to see if anything worked, but nothing seemed to happen. Then i exited the game and started it again, only to see that those two packs were uninstalled. I installed them again, clicked on "repair" countless times, manually uninstalled & installed them again, and cleared cache. This all happened while not using any mods, so it cant be that messing it up. I dont know what to do. When i click on "manage add-ons" nothing is out of the ordinary and its says the packs are installed.I got double charged. Help me
I was charged twice. Please refund one of them. Please process this quickly. I kept trying. to get a refund. But the refund selection window doesn't appear. My order number is 1008381916801. The game won't even launch, so please fix this. I've spent 88,000 won but I can't play the game right now.83Views0likes3Comments[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online
Hi everyone, Over the past week, we’ve seen a small uptick in reports from players encountering a “Service Limitations Apply” error in the EA app on PC and Mac. This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. Your EA app Error Reporter ID You can generate this from the EA app and post it here in the thread. See [INFO/GUIDE] Index - Troubleshooting the EA app. Once we have these details, we can investigate the issue further and try to identify its cause. Thanks for your help!28KViews7likes214CommentsEC:201 despite internet connection
I've tried clean booting, running it as admin, flushing my DNS, and changing wireless bands. The app always closes to EC:201 before it even launches. Is there some way I can force a login or the app to at least open so I can set it to offline mode and be done getting held up by it?266Views0likes2CommentsEc:10001,Ec:10005, black screen. stuck on loading screen in the launcher
1.when i enter EA app it shows black screen and network errors like ec10001, ec10005 and "you have problem with your EA account. 2.after using vpn it works and lets me log in and if i press sims 4 then the game doesn't launch...its stuck on a launching loop 2.5--i also chatted with multiple support advisors and followed instructions from them. i think its completely EA's fault in there servers or the system. because i and people only have problem with EA app, also i dont wanna use the ea app and open sims 4 from epic ....how can i do that? 3.i have tried many things to fix this sims 4 loading problem but nothing works. i already did these troubleshooting steps: i change my internet network and mobile data to enter the app because of black screen. i moved my mods folder to desktop and delete all cache files but game still loading. i try to play in offline mode but the sims 4 wont launch at all. i forced close all background apps and ea app from task manager. i use the app recovery tool and repair the game from the library. i also try to run the ea app as administrator and reinstall everything. i try to use vpn and change dns settings but still same problem. i try to log out and log in many times but the ea app keeps looping. i know people have these problems like ec10001 and ec10005 for 3+ years in the forms . i see people fixing it with random clicks or vpn but for me nothing is working for me. the ea app keeps looping the launch and saying "there's a problem with your account". i just want to play my sims 4 always offline without these issues. how can i fix this loading loop now? 4.Since the standard troubleshooting steps didn't work, I would like you to perform a manual verification of my account entitlements. Please check my Sims 4 game license and offline play permissions on the back-end. I believe there is a sync issue or a digital signature error (like EC10001) that is preventing the EA App from validating my account for offline use. Can you please refresh my account permissions manually so I can stop the loading loop and play offline?54Views0likes0Comments
