Hi everyone, Over the past week, we’ve seen a small uptick in reports from players encountering a “Service Limitations Apply” error in the EA app on PC and Mac. This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. My account has been banned(Error code: EC-107) since oct 16 due to system abuse i tried to write a new case and accidentally closed my penalty history case there for i have no history of any penalties to appeal them and every time i reach out to advisors in online chat, they respond like AI and they dont tell me what to do, if you are an EA employee please message me and help me submit an appeal for my main account that has been banned, i never cheated and never did any actions against ea rules and i like to have a manual review for my banned account.My old Account Hacked/Stolen - Changed Email & Login
I created a new account for Discussion and denounced this email. He is a hacker. causing my account to be banned and I can't borrow this account. It blocks email loans. Please help me. I've had this issue for over a month now and I just want to play some Sims. I tried launching the game and I keep getting the same error of "Game License Invalid" no matter what I do. Here's a full list of every way I've tried to fix this: Cleared Caches Repaired the game files Reinstalled the game Reinstalled the EA app Reinstalled with no add-ons Installed on a different app (Xbox and Steam) Clean boot of my PC Authorized all versions of the executable in my firewall and antivirus Authorized EA in my firewall and antivirus Turned my firewall off None of these solutions have done anything but occasionally make the launch popup last a few fractions of a second longer. I'm desperate to find out how to fix this because I've put a lot of money into the game and would like to not lose out on over $400 from add-ons.Some features are disabled because the ea app is launched by another app

Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I have an issue with a constant Loop Validation on Steam. I moved my game: "Mass Effect: Andromeda" to my NVME SSD because I noticed it's having a hard time loading textures despite having recommended specs. So that's what I did. I went to Steam, moved the installation folder to my NVME SSD (:Z). After it was done then I tried to boot up the game. Nope, it kept validating it after every attempt to reboot. So I tried every solution I could find on the internet. I don't know why I found so many solutions that failed on just one forum alone. So I tried to uninstall the folder so it might rectify that it was moved. NOPE SAME ISSUE. So support is now my last resort. a while ago i bought dead space 3 on steam, can play few hours. Today when i launch the game, it bring the old origin says activate your game. the problem: ea app will launch the preparing the game, and then the origin windows pop up. i have done every solution found on google and ea forum like clear ea app cache, deleting license file, clear temp folder, update windows. still not working deleting license file will prompt error invalid license etc etc (look at attached) have contact support but still no reply Also my ea account have been hacked recently, got recovered back fast thanks to ea ACCOUNT support. any other answer?113Views0likes5CommentsWay too easy to make purchases on accident.
I was checking the shop today and looking at some of the bundles looking for things to spend my San Van bucks on. When looking at the girl bundle I tried to go back to the shop but accidentally clicked the purchase option (WHICH IS RIGHT ABOVE THE BACK BUTTON FOR SOME REASON) (THIS REALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE) and it purchased the bundle for me. When using kbm I know that to purchace a bundle you have to HOLD the purchase button. I did NOT hold down my spacebar and I did NOT hold down on the purchase button. I was trying to click the back button and accidentally clicked the buy option, keywork CLICKED not HELD. Its a shame because I like this game and was excited to use my San Van bucks elsewhere but this bundle isnt my style. If there is going to be an option to buy items with currency obtained with REAL money there NEEDS to be a refund or return option in case of accidents like my situation. Im a little worried about buying more San Van bucks if it is this easy to accidentally make permanent purchases.
