Unable to start game
I just bought the standard edition of the game today and I keep running into this issue where I cannot seem to launch the game. I have tried all of the fixes noted in previous forum posts, but none seem to be working. I will launch the game through steam, wait until the static Saquon Barkley loading screen is finished, and then nothing. Instead it just throws me back to the EA App without any error message. This has made solving the problem difficult. As I mentioned, I tried to check my video card drivers, the DirectX version, C++ redist, clean boot, but nothing seems to work and as I mentioned I don’t get an error message. Has anyone else experienced/fixed this issue? Is this even an issue on my end, or is the game just terrible at launch, per EA standards?
STEAM MADDEN 26 stuttering/hitching/lagging
The game has been unplayable on steam since the update. I have a 4090 GPU and 9800x3d CPU. I have tried everything from turning field visuals off to lowering my resolution and graphics settings (which I have not had issues with before yesterday). Please FIX THIS.
Superstar has N/A for college and reduced ratings for the combine.
(QB) When I create my superstar, everything goes normally. He even looks normal when talking to the agent for the first time. But when I do the combine, he has N/A for his college, and he has drastically reduced ratings for the combine.
Madden 26 Doesn't Launch After Multiple Methods
Hi everyone, I’ve been stuck with an issue where Madden NFL 26 won’t launch at all. I first bought it on Steam (Sept 17), but every time I tried to run the game, the window opened briefly, then closed and sent me back to the EA App. After trying multiple fixes, I refunded it. Hoping it was a Steam-related issue, I repurchased the game through the EA App, but the same issues occurred. Here’s what I’ve already tried: verifying and repairing files, reinstalling Madden 26 multiple times, reinstalling EA AntiCheat (but Madden 26 doesn’t show up in the dropdown), clearing EA App cache, running as administrator, disabling overlays (Steam, Discord, NVIDIA), updating GPU drivers and Windows, adding firewall/antivirus exclusions/exceptions, and even clean boot with restarts. Nothing has worked so far. It looks like EA AntiCheat isn’t linking properly to Madden 26, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix?In game lagging and stuttering since 22-oct patch on PC!
Guys, since today's patch (22-oct) the game is impossible to play! When I enter a game, it is lagging and stuttering. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every other game is working perfectly fine. I tested CPU, GPU etc, re-installed drivers, etc., changed in game graphical settigs, but no way! The glitcering, lagging, stuttering remains! With patch you ruined the game!
User Pass Defense Not Working As Intended
I feel like the title is self explanatory. It's so broken it's almost not worth playing. DB's do not react as they should, and do not attack the ball the way they should. They are nearly oblivious to QB scrambles, and their reaction to them is unacceptably bad even after clicking the stick in to attack the runner as there seems to be delay. They abandon their coverage assignments randomly to rush the passer....literally if it weren't for run defense, the defense itself would be useless. This needs patching like now please.
Franchise Player Editing Bug
So I when I am editing a player and when I am finished, I exit but when I do exit player editor it freezes. I want to know if there is any proven solution that already exists so I don't have to close and reopen the game. But as of right now I'm am getting sick and tired at a multi-billion company. If there is a solution please let me know. Thank You
Team Builder Bug
Hey everyone, I’ve run into a strange visual bug when using Team Builder in Madden 26. The chinstrap/cup, front plate, and back plate all appear as chrome in-game, even though they look totally normal in both the creation menus and on the Team Builder website preview. I’ve already tried: Changing the helmet and accessory material types (no effect) Rebuilding the uniform setup from scratch Re-uploading and re-downloading the team None of these fix the issue — the accessories still show up chrome once I load into a game. It seems like the textures or material references for those helmet accessories might not be loading correctly once the team is imported into gameplay. Has anyone else seen this, or found a workaround? Would love to know if this is something that can be patched or if EA is aware of it. Thanks!
Madden is done
Fix run fits, they're horrible. If the user doesn't stop the run, you can't make stops most of the time. Please also fix speed and boost players like Worthy, who is tuned down or something, because Luke Kuechly can keep up with him. Madden praisers actually are delusional. This game is just as bad as NCAA, and the game is only gonna get worse. Were literally still beta testing this garbage atp.
