Anti Cheat crashing, unable to start game.
When I try to start up Madden 25, I get a crash report handler window for the EA Anti Cheat. I have no additional software installed. I downloaded and installed the game from Steam. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, the game as well as the anticheat software. It generates a dump file which I can't read, but I've zipped and added here. I was able to get into the game once, right after I downloaded it about 3 weeks ago. But since then it has done nothing but crash and occasionally blue screen my laptop. But mostly the anti cheat crashes and generates this dump file.
Madden 26 Companion App Release Date
Hello, When is the expected release date for the companion app for Madden 26? Last year, it was nearly a month after the Madden release. I am a third-party developer that relies on the companion app. Knowing the release ahead of time would help me schedule around the release date to work on my application. I've tried starting the game from my desktop, through Steam, and through the EA App. Almost every time it causes my PC to blue screen and reboot. I've cleared my cache, reinstalled EA App, reinstalled the game and nothing seems to help it. It comes up with the "preparing game" window and then the crash occurs. I tried installing Madden 24 as well and it does the same thing. Star Wars Jedi:Survivor doesn't do this, so it's not an EA issue in general, just Madden it seems. From the couple of times it's been able to generate a dump file, it looks like the issue is occurring when loading the anti-cheat. I've tried disabling AV as well and that did not help.Ideas Of Editing Players in Franchise/Custom Rosters/Team Builder
So, when I'm playing Madden NFL 25 when I am creating players that are 99 OVR's and see how good they can be, I just asking for you to make an option to automatically make it a fully maxed out 99 OVR on teambuilder and character editor. Another thing I'm asking is that you make a more creative face maker like college football's game. Last idea, PLEASE ADD A BIGGER HEIGHT OPTION I really want to make like an 8" ft WR mossing people like crazy. So yeah, that's my ideas on madden 26 on editing players thank you for reading this and please add it to the game. (Fun Fact: I like Ice Cream cause it's tasty)
Not launching!
When trying to launch Madden 25 without admin privilege I get a pop-up "preparing game". This then closes together with the app and then the app restarts, no game launched. When trying to launch with admin privileges i get the same thing but this time it also asks to launch with admin privileges. I then press "OK" after which I get the error pop-up that the game failed to launch. I have tried EVERY single possible solution I could find on similar issues and not a single one has worked. Unless the possible solution is very very hard to find I have most likely tried it and it didn't work. It might be worth noting that while some get it working by using an admin windows account this doesn't work for everyone and even if it did there still needs to be a way to launch the game from a standard windows account since not everyone uses admin account on a daily basis due to not having it available or due to security risks. Madden 26 Online Ranked Features Idea
Hello there good afternoon! My name is Ezekiel Tillman and I have been a longtime Madden gamer since the early 2000s. My favorite Madden of all time is Madden 07. Just wanted to share a great idea that can be implemented for Madden 26 for future gridiron updates that will come. In College Football 25, you have a ranked online H2H called the Road to the College Football Playoffs. That same online ranked concept can be used in Madden and can be named as the Road to the Super Bowl. Seperate the 32 teams into at least 3 to 4 tiers. The highest tier being elite level and the lowest tier being bottom of the pack. On top of that I think it would really benefit online ranked if you guys implemented a reward system such as coins for Madden Ultimate everytime a user plays an online regs game a set number of times or qualify for playoffs/Super Bowl. This method would help encourage longtime regular ranked players to participate in Madden Ultimate Team and build their competitive squads. For example, if a user wins 5 straight games 5,000 coins 10 games, 10,000 coins. If they qualify for playoffs 15,000. If they win a super bowl they can earn 50,0000-100,000 coins depending on their rank division placement. Or they can choose a Madden points option if they choose to make a purchase from the marketplace. I think this method would really engage all competitive Madden players from beginner to intermediate.
