Is IR really broken?
I was a huge Madden Football fan since the first one on Sega Genesis. Stopped playing many years ago. Madden 27 is my first time back. I play franchise and coach mode. All about the strategy and coaching. Developing a team. After years gone, I am blown away at how many terrible bugs and complete failures exist in this game. The one I just ran into is being unable to take a player off IR. When I placed in on the list, the game text said he would have to stay on IR for a minimum of 4-weeks. Now, 6-weeks later the player has been healed for a couple weeks. We have an open roster spot. No other players have been activated from the IR list. But I simply don't get the option to activate him. Absolutely game-breaking. Essential functionality that doesn't work. How can a game that's been around for literally 35 years release a game with so much wrong with it?Change Prospect Focus
Someone please explain this to me, because I assume I'm missing something obvious. Just finished a franchise season. Have advanced to the Pro Day week prior to the draft. I set my scouts when I was told. Set my position focuses as guided throughout the season. I looked at every mock draft and scrolled through prospects at every point. I now have a list of about 30 favorite prospects that I want to keep an eye on during the draft. This is my mini-pool of players, scattered across all levels of talent and positions. As my picks approach, I will first look at these prospects before moving to the full list. The problem is only two of them are fully scouted. The others are all 60%. What else can I do? Is there a way to change scouts every week? Change position focus a few times to cover them all? As far as I can tell there is no option to focus on specific prospects. You either focus on a single position in a region or...well, that's it. So please, someone tell me what I'm missing. Why would I look at prospects throughout the season and identify the players I'm interested in if I have no control over how much time and effort is put into scouting them? No way this is just terrible design, so let me know what I'm doing wrong.
Franchise points problems
My franchise points from my preorder bundle aren’t restocking like it was said in the description this needs fixed or I need my money back cuz I am a MVP membership member and that’s what I paid for that your supposed to get your 200 franchise points every time you start a new franchiseFranchise Lifelong Issues
Practice squad vet Eligibility - Im convinced they will never change this. Its been this way for years and really needs to be addressed IR Glitch Fix- If you put a player on IR, you better hope you're able to take him off once hes healthy. This glitch needs to be fixed Ball carrier slip animations - Personal opinion Madden probably has some of the worst slip animations. Half the time, it looks like a fumble should occur based on the way the ball carrier holds the ball out. These animations need to be fixed
PC Franchise Sim - Cannot borderless/windowed
I'm having issues with making my sim league borderless or windowed so that I can do other things on my primary monitor while running a sim league in the background. This is my first time purchasing on Steam as I typically buy on my Xbox so I've never had to deal with this before. Right now if I put the game on windowed or borderless window, as soon as I click off of the game onto my primary monitor, it pauses the game. What do I need to do to fix this?Please read, big game impacting bug
I’m not lying when I say that this is big, but whenever I select any play, sometimes my WRs are in the TEs spot and visa versa. Also, for some reason my bottom of depth chart receivers get subbed on for my starting ones on different plays which makes it really annoying. Please fixfix defense on franchise
So why tf does it feel like when I play franchise defense I’m not part of the game ea makes it a point to not let u make plays or be involved in the play if u play a safety the just throw check downs and run the ball if u play enge rusher the triple teamed u on black nd leave ur team mate wide open for the sack what’s the point of this being my career mode if every time I try to pick a defender u make it impossible to play I shouldn’t be getting triple teamed with 2 hall of famers on the defensive line with me when u play CB THE JUST DONT THROW THE BALL TO U AT ALL like what’s truly the point of **bleep** playing defensive it make no sense franchise is supposed to be a corner stone of madden but they seem to not give a tuck about any of this I’m so sick and tired of trying to have fun and play mycareer for it o be sum body else cares like that make no **bleep** sense and it doesn’t matter what difficulty u put the **bleep** on it still some how make u non relevant on defense
