Missing expansion packs
I just tried to log in and play to resume my game from last night, but I am getting an error message saying that I don’t have certain expansion packs. But I most certainly do. When I go to view my managed game add ons it shows all of them, but when I go to the actual game and try to play it is only showing a few that I own. I am playing on my Xbox. Can anyone help me please?
Missing packs I've bought
I've recently had the issue where it says I don't own certain packs (that I've already bought long ago). I've had this issue before with the island living, but said screw it idk what happened I'm not buying it again. But now it's multiple packs I've bought saying I don't own them and to rebuy them again. I've put so much money into this game that this just makes me not want to play it.. idk if this helps but I recently got out of a toxic relationship and when I left he tried to sabotage a lot of my Xbox games. Could be have deleted them somehow? Is it by chance that I switched Xboxs, I was on an Xbox one and now I'm on an Xbox Xs, but if I remember correctly, this happened before I ever switched Xboxs. I'm not sure what to do as I'm not re buying these things for a third time.. this makes me just want to not play the game anymore.. i don't want to buy stuff just for it to say I don't own it anymore..It's also showing me I'm the menh I can't pick manage worlds or Can anyone help??What?
First time posting here. I bought two expansion packs when they were on sale almost a year ago. The High School one and the Paranormal one. When i got on my PS to play it made me redownload the game. Now it’s saying that i never bought those two packs! I’m irritated. I don’t understand what’s going on but i want back what i paid for..
Missing Pack
I recently redownloaded Sims 4 on my PlayStation. And I have all the packs but one is missing. The cats and dogs, I tried looking for it in my purchases but it’s not there. It only shows up as a bundle. Which is annoying because I already bought the pack and now I have to pay for it again?! Is there a way to get it back without buying it again?

Yes hello I’ve been having this issue for a couple of months on playing the sims trying to use the gallery to find things but every time I go to owned options to show the content I owned it only shows me base game stuff or it would just show me the content I do own side by side saying I own it then I don’t
