Console forced readjustment of graphics settings causes crashes

If there's already a loading screen going on and the game tries to force the readjustment of graphic settings in the background, the game will crash because it cannot do both at the same time, not everybody or enough people has recognized this issue and how it happens as I have it seems and I think this may be the only reason why it crashes on console the most, I have all packs and kits up to date currently, as well as a lot of relationships for different Sims, which I think Sims having relationships also uses up the memory of the graphics card or whatever, I'm just hoping whoever's in charge can find a better way to help us deal with this, I am on Xbox One S right now and wishing I was on a Xbox Series S instead, but I'm not able to afford it right now, please fix this issue because it's always discouraging whenever I resume playing as a household that's living on a certain lot in a certain world that has a lot of too many objects and then it just crashes everytime because it takes so long to load into the game everytime I relaunch it as it is because my save file is so big, and have no intention of starting a new game every time.

Mine doesn't crash but I get the double loading screen every time and then the game is blurry. I didn't buy a PS5 for my game to look like this. The only way it doesn't happen is if I start a new save constantly. That's not fair to players. Neither is not getting feedback on this. I've been getting this since the release of Cottage Living. I've been able to just build for others and now it's happening on my build saves after buying Life or Death. So I just spent money for nothing because my game is unplayable unless I'm on a new save. Years with no response or fix is ridiculous
