12 Days Without Resolution - Unacceptable Support Experience
I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration after waiting 11 days for a response from EA Support without any meaningful resolution. I have reported an issue that prevents me from creating or renaming squads and changing my club name, and the following error messages constantly appear: "Failed to create a squad" "Failed to rename squad" "Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players…" This happens even when I use neutral terms like "Squad123", "Test123", ''12345'' and many another words. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account, and I have followed all troubleshooting steps—yet nothing has worked. The lack of support and communication from EA is beyond frustrating. 12 days without any progress or response is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling like no one at EA actually cares about fixing the issue or supporting paying customers. I’m reaching out here because it feels like the support team just doesn’t care. This problem is ruining my gaming experience, and it's hard to see how EA can let this slide without any urgency. whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. please help me.270Views0likes14CommentsFC24 on the Switch 2 has no way to turn off voice chat?!
Just got a Switch 2 and tried EA FC 24 on it with a friend online who owns a Switch 1 and plays it on there. For anyone that doesn't know, the Switch 2 has a built in microphone on the console and when I joined their online friendlies room my voice started playing through their TV through the in game voice chat. I thought it was a bit creepy as I don't recall ever giving the game permission to use a microphone. I've also been looking through the settings and I can't seem to turn it off because obviously the Switch 1 didn't have a built in microphone. My best guess is that since the Switch 2 has a microphone, it recognises that voice chat could be enabled but since it's a Switch 1 game cartridge, and the Switch 1 didn't have a microphone, they didn't program in any settings to enable/disable voice chat so it's stuck to always being on. When Luton Town plays at their home stadium, Kenilworth Road, players and fans are silhouetted. This issue occurs when the game is played at night. It works fine during the day or evening. When I play FC 24 manager career on Nintendo, I used to and still do get a bug where in the negotiation cutscene to buy or sell a player where I meet another teams manager, I get this bug where after we go to a conclusion, the game just freezes. I can still hear the background music, but I can't do anything. Then I am forced to restart the game. Now I'm getting this new bug where when I enter a game, everything is grey. Like the colors are not applying. All the player and fan models are grey. This bug just appeared yesterday. Even if I restart the game, the color bug is still there when I press play. The color bug only appears when I go into a game and is not an accessibility setting. The problem is I can't tell my players and opposite players apart and it looks ugly. FC24 for my Nintendo Switch. This problem just arose about 36 hours ago. I know the projected match points are just a projection. My issue is that if I’m playing on world class, I’m getting semipro type match points. If I play on legendary, I’m also getting a semipro amount of match points. Really frustrating thinking you’re going to get anywhere from 1500 to 2500 points and ending with around 670 for that match. Top 200-Elite 1-Elite 2 are off the table with these low (and inaccurate) point totals.
