Lost online connection

Hello, I’ve been trying to play online but keep getting a message that say lost connection. I play it on a Nintendo switch. I have checked and reset my router, I can play other games online with no problems and I have verified my Nintendo online membership is up working. I have also cleared my cache. I don’t know what else to do please help!!
