Can't Access Family Management
I haven't been able to go to my Family Management section of my profile for a very long time. It keeps giving me an error message, "Something went wrong. We ran into a technical issue. Try again later." Any steps to correct? The automated chat bot is absolutely useless, and when I chatted with a human to review my account to see what's going on, they couldn't fix it and have apparently raised a ticket with technical......Linking FC Mobile to EA Account
I am trying to link my FC mobile to the EA Account Whilst for the same issue I have gone through a series of live support as well Tried everything they concluded with linking it to a different EA Account but I want it to be linked to the currrent EA Account I have with me. Please provide me with the solution regarding the same.

Hello everyone, I’m hoping someone from the community or an EA Community Manager has seen a case like this before. I have an old EA account (created in 2014) that is linked to my Xbox account. I can successfully sign in to the account using my Xbox account, and I can still play EA games. However, whenever I try to access Account Information, Security Settings, Connected Accounts, or even contact EA Support while signed in, EA requires a verification code that is sent to an @ea.com email address that I have never had access to. I have already contacted EA Support multiple times. During my latest support case, the advisor explained that the @ea.com address is treated as an internal EA-managed email address and that standard support agents do not have the permissions or administrative tools to modify accounts associated with this type of email or escalate the case. I also confirmed that the “Forgot Password” process still recognizes my original school email address, but unfortunately that email account no longer exists. I still have: Full access to my Microsoft/Xbox account. Access to the EA account through Xbox sign-in. Purchase history and other information to verify ownership. I am not asking for a way to bypass EA’s security. I simply want to know: Has anyone ever experienced an EA account that requires verification through an internal @ea.com email address? Is there any official recovery process for this type of account? Has anyone successfully recovered an account in a similar situation? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. So like i wanted to get Fc26 with using my xbox gamepass, and even though it says it supports it, it just says "you are not eligible". I linked my accounts to my xbox account although still it doesn't work, I can install other games such as Fc25, although for some reason I cannot download FC26
Forums "The Appropriate Channels" Error Loop
I'd like to start by I have tried "the appropriate channels" advised by forum moderators. I have found out they do not exist, you link us to a non-start ticket/live chat. It is basically an error loop. If I contact live chat, they tell me they do not do anything to with the forums, when it was "escalated" then case was just auto "closed". I'd tell you the situation but literally the post will be deleted. So if a moderator could PM me that be great.
