H2H Disconnect Error 0x04000000 on My Main FC Mobile Account
My main FC Mobile account gets disconnected from H2H matches with error 0x04000000. Sometimes I disconnect and sometimes my opponent disconnects. Another account works normally on the same phone and internet. Please investigate my main account. UID: 81755808242031411.Im heavily dissapointed
I am getting kicked from drafts and losing them entirely multiple times, and I am not being eligible for draft token in EA FC 27 on PC. This happened to me so many times, with me only getting a refund 1 time. I have now built 3 drafts that have just gone out the window without me even getting to play them. I even faced a hacker, where I couldnt control my players. Im expecting to at least getting draft tokens, to make up for this. And also, the fact that I cant even speak to a real person through the support, only makes me think EA doesnt care about their players. Hello EA Support, I received an EA SPORTS FC 27 Golden FUT Pack promo code from Burger King Germany (Burger King Deutschland GmbH), but I cannot redeem it. When I try, I get a message that I have made too many attempts. This lock has now lasted more than 24 hours, so it has not cleared on its own. The attempts happened because the code was partly unreadable on my receipt, before Burger King sent me the complete code by email. Hello EA Support, Please escalate this case to the team responsible for EA SPORTS FC matchmaking and game data-center connectivity. I play FC27 on PC from Dammam, Saudi Arabia, using Salam fiber and wired Ethernet. My pre-match ping has been 90–112 ms, despite EA listing game data centers in Dammam, Manama, and Dubai. A local packet capture on 1 October 2026, approximately 01:34 Saudi time (UTC+3) identified this active FC27 UDP connection: Remote endpoint: 35.207.188.205:21034 Local FC27 UDP port: 3659 Over 25 seconds: 757 outgoing and 770 incoming packets Google’s official IP-range data assigns this address to europe-west3, its Frankfurt, Germany region. Traceroute showed approximately 6–8 ms at early upstream hops and 90–91 ms at a later responding hop. The destination did not respond to ICMP probes, although bidirectional FC UDP traffic was active. Checks completed: Wired Ethernet at 1 Gbps; router latency under 1 ms. Google DNS: 20 ms; Cloudflare: 27 ms; no packet loss in these tests. WARP disconnected. Approximate Location Matchmaking already tried. Ethernet power-saving features disabled and DNS cache cleared. Please investigate: Why this connection was assigned to Frankfurt rather than a Middle East data center. Whether my public IP is being geolocated correctly. Whether Middle East data-center availability or connectivity affected selection. Whether coordination with Salam is required to resolve the issue. Please provide a case number and confirm whether the evidence has been forwarded for technical investigation.

Hello EA. I recently got hacked and managed to get back into fifa 27. However all my tradable cards. My club cards. Points and coins were gone. I told the ea help advisers. Ravi and Harsh and they said they can not do anything about it ? I was wondering how this can be. In total I have worked it out to about 350k coins and 1500 fifa points gone ? Can you please re add this to my account. I also feel that adding a ban to the transfer market on my account is wrongGame keeps lagging
Hello guys, im from czech republic, i have really good internet and my game keeps lagging every 10/5 seconds i get unstable connection and get to 90 ping and game is lagging so hard. I would really love to know why this keeps happening. It is in every mode too FUT rivals, online draft, live events. Im 100% sure its not problem on my side i have discord turned on when i play and it shows my ping there and it is at 25 and less all the time. I cant even enjoy late night playing EA FC 27 when the game keeps lagging. Is there any fix for it or is it because the servers are full and i get server like in turkey which is kinda far from me? Several times I was disconnected not because of my fault. Simply kicked out of ultimate team while playing or on finish on game. Wheel logged back into ultimate team I had a lost game as it was my fault. Lost elite 1 already once because of it as had 3 disconnections like those last week and had already 1 on actual. It's so enjoying and unfair. There is no problem with the internet connection. Tried to contact live chat or an advisor but there's no chance to do itNo notifications on discussions I'm following
I always follow Luthienrising's posts on The Sims 4. With the current one, I'm not getting the daily emails. I've checked my notification settings (multiple times), I've even followed each section of the discussion as well as the discussion itself. I've not gotten any of the updates. Any suggestions, please?
