Ping Problem

Hello Electronic Arts Support,

I am experiencing a sudden and consistent high ping issue in FC 26 Ultimate Team. My ping increased from 26 ms to 66 ms without any changes to my setup or network.

Platform: PS5

Connection: Wired (LAN)

Internet Speed: 1000 Mbps

ISP: Zain Jordan

The connection is stable in all other services and games. This issue appears to be specific to EA servers, which strongly indicates a routing or server allocation problem.

Please investigate whether my connection is being routed to incorrect or distant servers instead of Middle East servers. I kindly request this case to be escalated to the network team for detailed analysis.

This issue is significantly affecting gameplay, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
