Hey I keep getting the missing online access error when launching MEA. I've tried every solution I can find online with no success. Clearing temp files and EA app license, reinstalling the app, etc... Is there anything else I can try?Solved899Views2likes48CommentsME3 Could Not Activate/Keeps Making New License Folder
Around 8/10/25 I updated my bios and installed a new cpu and got the "could not activate/product key" pop up. Moving the License folder from the EA Services folder worked at first but as of 8/15/25 its now just generating a new License folder and neither deleting or moving them has worked. I looked around the forums and tried a few solutions that EA_Shepard and others have suggested. Reinstalling EA App, reinstalling ME3, using Revo Uninstaller to completely uninstall and reinstall everything again, changing/moving/deleting the License folder after killing Steam, EA App, and the EA Background thingy with task manager and clearing the temp folder. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?158Views0likes11CommentsME1 Launch issues
The Mass Effect LE launcher works, but when launching ME1, you can hear the music and see the cursor, but there is no rendered window. The taskbar shows that the app is open, but the window has no contents and just shows the desktop. I tried validating game files, launching through EA and launching from .exe in the binaries\win64 folder.Help! Mass Effect Andromeda wont launch
I've been trying to make this thing work for a few days now. I've looked at task manager, watched the game boot for a second then die again. the EA app suggestions aren't helpful so far. I've gone through these responses and I think it might be the same thing 3years ago https://forums.ea.com/discussions/mass-effect-franchise-discussion-en/andromeda-crashing-on-initial-load-with-6950-xt-four-beeps-preceding-game-start/9261570 8years ago https://forums.ea.com/discussions/mass-effect-franchise-discussion-en/re-mass-effect-andromeda-wont-launch/9179571 9 years ago https://forums.ea.com/discussions/mass-effect-franchise-discussion-en/re-andromeda-crashes-on-launch-with-no-errors/9192405 ive I've tried all of this, and it hasn't fixed the game yet reinstall game verify files reinstall graphics driver clear shader cache clear EA cache firewall permissions mem repair tool sfc chkdsk clean boot dxdiag tool perfmon/rel updating my .NET frame works I've attached the DxDiag.txt and the event viewer log, I've tried to read though them, but I don't know what to look for. Hai, I have bought a complete but used ME3 game on disc. Everything was included like booklets and serial number. When trying to install it on my PC Origin is needed to install first, but when needed to login the Origin server can't be reached anymore by being taken offline.. Bassically renders the whole disc install set useless.. Then I installed the EA game App and entered the serial code as redeem code which was recognized, but stating that it has been registerred allready, probably on a older account from the previous owner. How can I get the game installed now? I own the original disc and license key booklet so I am legally entitled to install the game now I would say? But this instal routine makes it impossible now. How can this be resolved?
