Un problème qui s'éternise....
Bonjour, j'ai acheté votre "Mass effect légendary edition", qui est surtout légendaire car il doit démarrer via votre launcher EA codé avec le c**. J'ai, comme BEAUCOUP d'autres joueurs, le problème de "préparation du jeu..." qui tourne en boucle pendant 15 sec avant de disparaitre et de ne rien lancer.... Serait-il possible d'avoir, pour une fois, une solution efficace et surtout rapide à mettre en place. Le tout, avant la fin de la demande de remboursement du jeu. Car si je n’ai rien d'ici là, je me fais rembourser et je passe directement l'étape du "test du jeu" et j'écris directement mon article autour de la façon légendaire dont EA prend soin de ses joueurs. Help. Run ME1 via EA Launcher needs Admin Privileges but won't run.
I download and launch ME1 from the EA Launcher "This game requires administrative privileges. do you want to grant access and launch the game" I click "OK" "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later" I tried running the EA launcher with Admin privileges. I tried running MassEffect.exe as administrator. I've tried repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've tried repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Always the same message. Hello, a couple days ago I reinstalling Mass Effect Andromeda on my steam account MisterDiego310, to play it again. Since then each time I try to get in the Online Features are disabled with the message: Missing Online Access. I can't Import or Export my character personalization nor can I access the Multiplayer side, and it is very frustrating because 2 years ago I bought and played the game normally, but now this issue is making me reconsider buying EA games if they are going to have this kind of online problems. I followed the troubleshooting guide on the EA Support page, but none of them have worked. I deleted and reinstalled the game, logged off and on and even uninstalled the EA App to check if those things could fix it up but nothing... I also reported and sent a Support description of my problem, I don't know if they attend those things, but I would like to know if there is something else I can do to.500 Error when attempting to Download ME3
Hi, I attempted to download ME3 on the EA app after not having played in many years. I used to play through the Origin app but that has since been taken down. The EA app shows ME3 in my library and shows my history of the time played and achievements. Unfortunately every time I attempt to download it the EA app goes into meltdown and returns a 500 Error and crashes the EA app, having to force shutdown through task manager. Tried clearing cache, reinstalling the EA app, nothing seems to work... I can load other games through the app so it isn't a connection issue. Help needed!half of a product
i want my cd key then if you decide after buying and playing i don't own it i demand a cd key now i've bought a supported this franchise for xsx pc and xbox 360 and bought this on top of that to get the fine MP but now you've robbed me of my joy , fairly annoyed also wasted 3hrs of my time
