skate.points from the loyalty program not received

I bought 13,200 SVB for €74.99 on the website https://store.ea.com/skate/, but I haven't received my 100 skate.points from the loyalty program... can anyone help me?
(Two days ago, I bought the Season 3 Starter Pack for €4.99 and I received my 5 skate.points.)

I'd also like to say that I think it's really unfair not to offer skate.points to those who have already bought the Welcome Pack or Welcome Deluxe Pack. We can see that they earn points, but we're penalized for supporting the game and its developers "too early"...
