Solitaire Home Story
I was working on a badge in Solitaire Home Story when I spent 55 gems for a power up Patch Bundle. My gem transaction history shows the purchase and 55 gems were deducted. The Patch Bundle included 1500 leaf coins, 1 joker, 1 set of 3 extra cards, and 1 power up that removes 3 cards. I never received anything that was in the Patch Bundle that I paid 55 gems for. I started the game with 354 coins, won 50 in a spin and 50 in the game for a total of 454. I wanted to spend 600 coins to purchase 5 extra cards. That is why I purchased the Patch Bundle. They took the 55 gems and never gave me anything that I paid for. I wanted to report it here but every time I tried the Answers HQ site didnt exist & I couldnt! Eventually asked a friend who told me to msg Pogo_Sconnie and I did on Aug 26. Have not received anything from him yet, not even a msg saying he'd received my message! So I'm not actually playing the game atm, just go in daily for the freebies; and take screenshots every time I do. Has any1 else had this happen? If you'd like a screenshot of my account where it shows I bought the Patch Bundle, now called Base Bundlle, on Aug 20th, I can do that.Garden Blast level 589
I have played this level so many times. Twice I have finished the with moves left and it says I'm not finished. I have completed everything. Everything is checked off so I just use up the turns and then it says do you want to buy 5 more moves. Please fix this I'm so done with this game.Home story
I’m so upset because I can’t finish the showcase. I really liked this game when I was able to play it Now it almost runs through the opening screen and gets my hopes up. The game does that twice and then I get the white screen death. I have tried to play this on safari and chrome. I spent two hours chatting with three different customer service agents on a EA chat. Pogo makes it so hard to find the area the area you need. Finally I did get to an area where I could report the bug but I was asked to tell them the name of the game I was having problems with. It rejected all names I gave them in various ways to say pogo or home story or solitaire Because that field needed to be completed, with one of the mysterious names, the report could not be sent. All fields had to be filled in with required response. I have seen that others who had this issue have a green check mark and solved. If pogo actually fixed the issue why am I still getting the error screen Please give me the magical update that others are enjoying Please fix this. I pay to play on this site. Today, while playing Monopoly Sudoku, the game fritzed out several times when I selected to double my prize. Three times it fritzed and did NOT double my prize, but it DID take reduce my redemption selection chances. So I selected not to double it on the third time and it went to the next round, but I had lost the purchases I made and it did not double. That's not right or fair. Those doublers cost money and that money is gone and wasted. I'd like those gems back or my prize doublers returned. How do I get help? Wendi
