Merge Academy Vault Stars chest
It states on all chest that it guarantees a so many star card that you do not have. The 300 chest guarantees a 5 star of one you need. I only need a 5 star and just opened the 300 chest and got nothing but dupes. So that's a lie or just one of the so many things wrong with POGO. I reported 3 times that I did not receive my chest after finishing the last Treasure Trove but still haven't heard anything on that. PUT OUT $70 TO FINISH THAT ONE AND GOT NOTHING. I don't know about you but these constant issue's and no real technical support is for the birds. I'm on my bonus month and they are constantly sending me reminders that it's time to pay again. Of course POGO/EA has no issues with that. No glitches there.Tutorial Stuck on Level 12: Mahjong Safari
Hello...I am working on a weekly badge for Mahjong Safari. However, I am unable to continue on level 12 because the tutorial gets stuck once I clear the first set of tiles and wants to repeat. I have reset my PC laptop several times and this has not resolved the issue. I do not have any trouble playing other POGO games. I have tried to reset the tutorials as well to no avail. I wish there was a way or that I knew a way to turn off the tutorials as I do not need them. Thank you...How can I merge 3 items in Farm Merge?
Help please. I am having trouble merging 3 items. As I am in the learning phase, I learned it is easier if I line them up, but that is not helping now. I have 4 brown chickens and 3 cows sitting side by side and the board will not merge them to free up space. I have tried all the order combinations (exponentials) ...nothing. I played to level 9 in Merge Farm Valley, spent 230 Gems for crates, and FINALLY spent some of my coins to open new areas. BOOM.....I can NO LONGER MERGE!!??!! I can collect items that have spawned, but I cannot "move" anything. I cannot move 1 item to merge it with others. Obviously I understand HOW to merge since I've reached level 9, it just will not LET me. I have tried restarting, I have tried waiting until the next day, I have tried using my phone instead of the computer....nothing. Please advise.PLEASE HELP! Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Thank you for any help you can give
