Rewards
Is anyone else (or everyone?) having trouble receiving their constellation rewards? At 1st I just thought I missed seeing them but for the last few weeks I’ve been making a point to look for them and I have NOT received any! I have shut down and restarted - nothing new has happened. Waited a day or so - nothing. What’s the deal?Scrabble word validation taking too long
Scrabble is taking too long to validate words. Usually, it takes a second or two to validate words, but it's taking 20 seconds or longer most times. This is happening on both a laptop using Firefox or an iPad. This has happened previously and I believe Tech Support has resolved the issue, but it keeps happening every couple of weeks. When the issue starts, you see a slower word validation by a few seconds. The next day, word validation takes a few seconds longer, and the next day another few seconds longer, etc. This is a recurring issue with this game. Please fix the game.Garden Blast: Not Loading with Spinning Flower
For several days now (about 4) Garden Blast has hung up on loading the main Play screen - it just sits on the spinning flower after you press Play. Not all but some other users seem to be having the same issue. PC Windows 11 version 25H2 Version 153.0.8010.53 (Official Build) (64-bit) Cleared cache and cookies, rebooted. For well over a couple of weeks now I have not been able to play Matching Moments. When I hit play it freezes. Because of this I have missed numerous challenges which is frustrating as that is one of the big reasons I play games on Pogo. There was an issue before that got resolved but this one is taking forever and it appears I am not the only player experiencing this. I have no problems with any of the other games I play often Hope whatever is wrong gets fixed soon.
Monopoly Sudoku
Monopoly Sudoku will not load. For the past few days, all I get is a white screen. As a result, I am unable to complete the Tex's Lucky Spinner Event since one of the challenges is Monopoly Sudoku (Open 10 Chance Cards before the Event ends). The Event ends in 2 days: Monday - September 28th. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?
