No Pogo Games Are Working

I have been a member of Pogo for 20+ years and have never had a problem like this before. Merge, farm merge and monopoly sudoku have not/will not load for the past couple weeks and it is becoming very discouraging to me since I have been a member for so long. I have gone out of pocket to add more ram to my computer to try and solve this problem per your problem-solving page and have even updated edge and still nothing. Could you please address this problem quickly as I am an impatient 75 year old women.

I agree with you I can't load any of the games, and it happens to be my 3 favorite games, I am so sick of this I'm about ready to cancel my membership I have spent a lot of money on these games. I couldn't finish the challenge last night on merge academy and therefore lost a lot of coins and energy. fix this quick or loose me.

are you getting an error message on the screen when you try to play?

If you could share a photo of the error you're getting or more information about exactly what happens, it might help get to the bottom of what is causing the problem. 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps in this guide and make sure you're playing using a supported Internet Browser.

Let me know. 

i can't play any of these games! they won't load. been having trouble for over two weeks!! this is ridiculous, get this site fixed or i'm out of here! been a member for over 20 years and never had so many problems! can't earn any badges on these games, so quit making challenges we can't play!!  i'm very upset, get this site fixed!!!!!

Buckeygranny9, I've had problems like that before and one of the things I've had to do is delete my Browsing history (Cache, browsing history and that kind of stuff). It's a serious pain, since it clears out EVERYTHING about all my web browsing and on some sites I end up having to re-authenticate my browser, but it does usually clear up some of the issues.

Now if EA/Pogo would set things up so they clear out stale data when you exit a game, that might fix the issue all on its own...

I am able to get to the front page of Pogo and Challenge central and all that.  When I try to enter ANY game i get a blank screen and it doesn't load.  I have cleared my cache.   Please help!!  Everything was running funny yesterday in Farm Merge Academy yesterday - it kept saying that it couldn't save my progress but I could get out and back in.  Nothing is letting me play today.

I don't know what I did, but the reboot seemed to clear the issue.  Not sure how to delete the entry!!
