[XB/PS] Can't interact with Gallery without force closing game after Patch 2.32
April 28th update promised a fix to the gallery freezing up issue. This has not been completely fixed. I clicked on 10 items in the gallery normally and then it froze up when I checked again and lost my progress. The curser also moves all over the place. This is unacceptable.
Issue with the Gallery not working after a few downloads.....
I am heartbroken. So I was making a save file and I was almost done. On the last world I started having issues with the gallery. I could search for a few and then I get a message like it couldnt find files. Something like that. Nothing was coming up. I have done everything under the sun to correct this. I have deleted the cashe...the gallery would work for a few moments then stop. I have repaired the game numerous times and its still doing it. I even deleted everything I did and wiped my computer clean with a fresh reinstall....still doing it. And yes, I have cleared all my mods and CC and it still does it. It's been almost a month I keep trying to download tattos from the gallery on PS5 again and again and it's impossible I tried everything, verify my internet connection but nothing and is making me so mad at this point, not only I can't download it but I also can't procede with my game like "leave" the gallery and keep creating my sim, completly impossible, the game just stay still, the page loading forever. Wich means that if you had a almost done sim and try to download a tatto, well you can't save it either! Please fix this soon, is making creating sims completly impossible. [GALLERY] 999x999 Lot Size for uploads from 2014
I've noticed that in the gallery, some lots that were uploaded back when The Sims 4 just came out (circa 2014) show missing and garbled information. This is noticeable on some early Maxis lots and the included screenshot shows an example. Despite that, these lots are still able to be downloaded and used in-game through the Manage Worlds menu (although the lot size requires some guesswork), and once placed they'll show the correct information. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just doing something wrong, but I can't access anything I save to my library. I've tried to save three households and houses in this one save file and they're just not there. This is a serious issue now because my game crashed AFTER I uploaded the last batch of sims to my library, but before I was able to save them in their house. I've looked everywhere I could through the gallery/library menu to find them, closed and reopened the game and repeated, but they're just gone. I'm so close to just giving up, but I also really do not want to restart.Gallery filter 'Show owned' is not working correctly
Hello EA Team, I would like to report a bug with the Gallery in The Sims 4. The Filter option that should only show content using the packs I own does not seem to work correctly. When I select the option "Show owned" in the Pack filters, I still get households, lots and other creations that contain items from packs I do not own. This makes it difficult to find creations that I can actually use in my game, brcause the filter does not properly hide content from packs that are unavailable to me. Steps to reproduce: Open the Gallery in The Sims 4 Open the pack filters Select " Show owned" Sherch for creations Results still include content from packs that are not owned I hope this issue can be fixed so the Gallery correctly filters creations based on the packs the player owns.
