PS5 Soft lock in library
When the gallery or library is opened and I try to place a family I have saved, my game locks. The only thing I can do is restart the game. The gallery opens just fine but if I click on a household or a lot I cannot do anything other than move the cursor. I’ve only had this start happening after installing the most recent update.

I explain my situation, when I’m clicking on a item in the Gallery with my A button on my controller it’s select the right item but when I try to save it, follow the creator or just place it in my world or apply something this is not working and I can’t get out of this item like my B button doesn’t work but that only happens in the Sims 4 in other games who I played it never happened.[XB] Can't interact with Gallery without force closing game after Patch 2.32
April 28th update promised a fix to the gallery freezing up issue. This has not been completely fixed. I clicked on 10 items in the gallery normally and then it froze up when I checked again and lost my progress. The curser also moves all over the place. This is unacceptable.
Gallery Bug & More
Everytime I try to use the gallery on Xbox it bugs out and I have to restart my whole Xbox. It’s causing my not to play the game even when packs are on sale but I can’t even play the game how I want, it’s making me very mad. also, the new layout on the main screen on xbox is trash. When you go to the marketplace it’s so hard to navigate and look at the packs. The other layout was smooth, this looks like a child put it together. It’s awful and very hard to navigate which also makes me mad and not want to play the game. Fix the **bleep** game. I spend so much money on this and can’t even play it!
'System Error' when placing lot
I built a basegame home and went to place it on Pique Hearth. I had bulldozed Pique Hearth on a previous occasion. When I went to place the house I'd built from my Gallery I get a "system error" message and the lot wouldn't load. I then tried to place the home on the next door lot and I got the same message. The image attached is when I tried placing the house I'd built on the Riverside Roost lot right next to Pique Hearth, where it happened the first time I tried to place it.This game is officially unplayable.
The amount of money being charged for a game that was barely playable even before this marketplace disaster no one wanted is disgusting. The gallery on Xbox is still not placing as of May 1st, 2026. It's been updated, and again the second time to fix the issue. This genuinely makes the game unplayable now and shows the absolute disrespect EA consistently has for it's customers. Stop giving them your money.[GALLERY] 'Using only These' pack filter has no results in some cases
when i have the options selected to show only my owned packs in the gallery, it says there are no results found. if i have the using only these and base game options selected i see results, as well as if i have the using only these and show all options selected. is this an issue with my game or am i misunderstanding how the filters are supposed to work? i just want to not see any items with kits (╥﹏╥) i'd really appreciate it if anyone had ideas for a fix or troubleshooting i can do!
