'My Favorites' Not Loading Properly

My gallery won't load any of my liked sims and only shows half of the lots I've liked. I've logged out my account and logged it, I've checked my mods, I've reinstalled, and I've repaired through Origin. I can't think of anything else to do.

For some reason, anytime I favorite something on the gallery. It doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t show all of my favorites along with not displaying them correctly as well.

I have had the same issue for around 2 years now. I had hundreds of favorites and it only ever shows 25 of these. This is devastating to me as I spent so much time favoriting posts for different purposes and inspiration, and now all gone. It honestly ruins a lot of my joy for the game. Please please PLEASE fix this.

I fully agree on all fronts. Since 2 years ago I have only been able to see 25 of my hundreds of favorites. It was my most used aspect of the game. I'm shocked at how long it's been ignored!

Same here! But i just can see 20 favs!

I’ve been having this issue as well and haven’t been able to find anything that helps (fresh install, deleting mods, etc). I’ve seen many other threads for nearly 2 years experiencing this problem, I do hope it gets fixed ASAP as it’s long overdue.

I had a ton of favourited lots that I used often. In the gallery when I click on my player tab>view catalog>View content by: my favorites it only shows my most recent 25 favourited lots. If I sort it by most popular, a different set of 25 show up. If I un-favorite a lot, it remains anyways, but doesn't have the green heart highlighted. This has remained like this even after restarting, for many months. I don't have any mods installed.
